Petco

Petco has always been a place that I can count on for all my pet needs. The staff has always been kind, helpful and efficient in their work. One of the many pluses that keep me coming back is their willingness to price match other retailers. Their products are wide and varied with prices to fit every income. My pets say, "thank you"!

I really enjoy going into petco. The staff is always so full of energy and willing to help and answer your questions. They have s wide variety of pet supplies to choose from and have a well stocked shelf. If they don’t have it they are usually able to get it in for you within a day or two. They have great phone etiquette. If you ask for something or if something is on stock they know what it is and where it is on the shelf and can give you an answer unlike some other retailers in town. Their prices are fairly decent and with such friendly and helpful staff there I am willing to pay s little extra for thee we better experience. I’ll continue shopping here for sure!

Friendly and professional staff. Large selection of items to choose from. Always happy with the quality of their products. Clean store, no pet urine or droppings anywhere unlike some other Petco's I've been to. Their available pets look great.

I've been going here ever since I was 4. Staff are always very kind and willing to help. The animals are well taken care of and rarely die after purchase. I bought a betta fish from this location, she doesn't have fin rot or other issues that store bought fish may have.

Petco had everything I needed for my 2 dog's.. special shampoo and conditioner for my Paillon's fur to whiten and give him a healthy coat.
Flea n tick pill's too.. they have everything you need for your furry friend's...also dog grooming.

First time ever in a petco I had a good experience! Jamie in the Indiana PA was so helpful! We were traveling back to Northern Virginia with out 3 pups. 2 out of the 3 kept getting out of the harness! Jamie was so informative and helpful fitting our 3 Furr Babies with the correct size harness and collars. She went above and beyond!!

Our dog looked great! He always enjoys going, is very well taken care of, they ask questions to ensure we get the cut and services we want.

We just missed the store closing time but as we were walking back to the car, an employee stopped us and asked if we needed something and that we can still come in and purchase our items. Always have a nice experience here!

They do a great job cutting Louie's nails and he loves picking out his own treats afterward. This time he met his brother from his actual litter after 4 years, so that was a lot of fun.

Myra and Cassie were totally awesome. I had an issue with my tank and a fish and they were more than helpful and Myra is very knowledgeable about fish tanks. I took her advice and our tank is good again. Highly recommend.

Greatest staff, huge selection and lots of animals

Stopped in to pick up food.. my sales person Offered to carry it to the register, answered all my questions explained rewards available... over all she did an awesome job

I love stopping by the Petco in Indiana Pennsylvania on Oakland Avenue. They always have what I need. And the employees are very nice as well.

I got most of the stuff for my chameleons over the years, I suggest researching before you buy but Petco is a very reliable place to get pet food and other stuff for your animals (wouldnt suggest getting your animal from here first try looking at different smaller breeders first) :D

I have been going to this particular Petco for quite a few years. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. Love that they are going to start charging for bags because we need to start bringing our own.

Reasonable prices for high quality pet products. Also, Kelcey does a beautiful job with my pup's grooming. She is very attentive and keeps me informed regarding his individual grooming needs and concerns.

Staff are always friendly and willing to help. I have gotten guinea pigs, fish, and hermit crabs from here. 30 day return policies if anything happens to the animals. Which I've never had to do. They got starter kits for everything they have and plenty supplies for many animals

The employees at this Petco are so kind, professional, and helpful! I needed new cat food for my cat, who now weighs 23 pounds. The sales associate took me to every brand of weight control food and helped me pick out the best one. He even gave me a coupon for a free bag of Whole Hearted cat and dog food, and 3 cans of wet cat food. Great visit!
