Great job by the folks in the bakery. They have been our go to place for our cakes for our annual family event for the past three years. They always turn out great.
Also while we were there we found a great sale on pork and sauerkraut for a great easy crockpot dinner and picked up a few other party items.
The store always has a nice clean appearance and we can find want we need.
We no longer live in the area but when we are back in the area we do generally make a stop at Giant Eagle.

One of the best place's to go in the area for all your need's. Bakery was so helpful today.. I needed a birthday cake for my grandson. He like's buttercream icing and white cake. Display case didn't have one. So Heather was so sweet she decorated a freshly baked white cake with buttercream icing for me..5min. Wait.
I even got fresh walleye in meat dept. My experience here eveytime is enjoyable..

I love this place! If it weren't so expensive it would be my go-to for shopping every time but now it's great for select things Walmart doesn't sell.

The people who work here are pretty friendly. If I'm using the self check out that has the belt (or whatever its called), someone usually will come over & help bag, which is nice. Our family likes their fried chicken, & their pistachio muffins, & their bagles. I've used their dry cleaning service in the past & it always worked good.

Went through a check out with an actual human. Very polite, efficient, surprised when I saw she was a "trainee" (Sue) as she was very professional and helpful.

Found almost everything I needed. Prices are what they are right now... But overall good experience .. clean and organized aisles.

The Indiana, PA Giant Eagle is very customer driven. The employees are always willing to assist shoppers and the store is very neat and clean. The deli case is well stocked with delicious selections made with top quality ingredients. Shelves are always well stocked with ample variety. Their produce is always top quality. If you don't see what your looking for just ask an employee and they will do their best to help. Their bakery items are made fresh daily. Shopping at this store is a essential experience.

I always love Giant eagle but lately you cant get a cart to ride . There is never enough. I think you should shoe your handicap card to ride them. I'm 65 and can hardly ever get a cart to ride to help me shop. But I love the store. Veggies look so fresh and so does the fruit. I love the 5 for 19.99 to. Fresh meat and good deal for sure.

I don't have any complaints about the workers, but rather the other shoppers. I was in a line 7 people deep 2 days ago. There were so many older people around me complaining about not enough workers to check them out, while also complaining about not wanting to use a perfectly good self check out that was open and free and ready to be used. I was in line for a cashier, because a cashier is required any time you use a WIC card. I have a small child who is eligible for this program. These older folks look as ridiculous to me as someone who would stand and protest in a gas station line about no longer receiving full service at the gas pump. Older people are so entitled to "service" that the woman in front of me literally had the audacity to cause a ruckus around the store pulling employees from whatever they were doing so that she didn't have to scan her own stuff. I wonder if some of those shortstaffed underpaid folks were on break. PLEASE old people of Indiana, Pennsylvania LEARN to use self checkout. Scanners and bar codes are not new technology. Young people aren't working because we are "on our phones." Customers like YOU are the reason I'M not returning to work with the public any time soon. Either apply to work there or check yourself out. But certainly torturing all of the non living wage employees made you look like a fool. I give a huge round of applause for the professionalism maintained by all the workers despite some crazy older lady causing a huge scene. It is 2022. Hasn't she heard of staff shortages yet? It's time to get with reality.

I've had Mary check me out the last two times I've been in and she's extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Plus she knows how to pack groceries! The store is always clean and neat. Haven't had a bad experience here yet since I moved 3 years ago.

Had a very enjoyable shopping trip. My cashier was beyond nice and very personable. I was able to find the items I needed and could also hear another cashier going out of his way to find an item for another customer. Clean and organized.
