Awesome place for family shopping in Indiana Mall. Formals, casuals , kids clothes, shoes, jewellery, cosmetics, watches, kitchenware - all under one roof. Quality of clothes justifies the pricing. Some really good deals available here. The place also has an in house salon. Friendly yet professional staff. Wonderful experience 👍👍👍

I have been a very satisfied customer of JCPenneys for several years. I love shopping here... Although I do miss their Sephora Section.

I booked an appointment with Miranda for a haircut yesterday, they were able to get me in the next day (today) and I'm extremely happy with the results. She executed the exact style that I wanted & was very congenial. I will definitely be booking again soon :)

For being a smaller Penny's, there's still a great variety! There's always lots of sales. The store is kept clean & tidy (as in the clothes are on the hangers, not the floor).

The staff at JCPENNEY were knowledgeable and helpful. They greeted me when I entered the store and pointed me to the section I was looking for. There were great sales going on, plus you can add a coupon on top of that.

I went there looking for a specific dress shirt. The employee there, Tammy, was a great help. Although they did not have exactly what I was looking for, she found a shirt that goes even better with my tie. I will shop here again.

Wish there were a bigger Petites section. As I age I like to try on things before buying, cause I don't want to look like a kid, and I want to have choices to look age appropriate - the choices are good.

J.C. Penny salon in Indiana Pa. Is such a wonderful place to get a haircut done! The staff are very nice and accommodating!

I get my hair done at the JCPenney Salon. I have got my hair done with Lori Gunter for over 10 years. I have drove over a hour to get there from work. She is the best and the store has so many great experienced people.

Got a haircut & highlights in the salon. Love it. Shopped a bit. Found capris I wanted but they only had one color. Staff helped me order. They were so friendly. A good experience.
