Crunch fitness is a very nice gym and I love them bikes that's the first thing I got to and able to ride for a HR straight and don't be bothered at all

This is the only gym I’ve joined since moving to Richmond and I love it. Friendly staff and they have a wide variety of machines to use. Their personal training packages seem pricey to me. $140 per session for an hour. I do enjoy the different classes they offer. They offer great membership tiers.

The gym is good and provides me everything I need. I actually signed up to the Glenside gym but frequent Scott’s edition more. This gym has a younger crowd as compared to Glenside.

I signed up for personal training with Josh Rusk. He is a smart trainer, and knows a variety of strength and functional programs. I signed up for 6 months, and he varied up the training depending on what my goals at the time were. He taught me some new exercises, stretches and taught me how to use equipment and machines I’ve never used before. He has a pretty chill and likeable personality, so if you sign up for training, go with Josh Rusk.

It was made pretty clear to me that you do have to sign up for 6 to 12 months of training, but Tracy is who signed me up.

The staff is helpful, the other gym goers are helpful, and the equipment is nice. I happened to go at a busy time of day on an extremely rainy day, so I wasn’t able to finish my workout. I’ll be back though.

I recently competed my training sessions at this location. If you are going to get a trainer - Signing up with Josh Rusk is A MUST! Not only do you get a personalized daily workout regiment- but you also get top-notch training sessions, that are geared toward your fitness goals. Josh will push you to get in the absolute best shape of your life! Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

I’ve been a member at Crunch Fitness for almost a year now and have had Josh Rusk as my trainer. I didn’t have much prior experience with a gym routine, but Josh was able to provide a personal training program based on my goals. This was especially helpful as I have a physical disability that required adjusting certain workouts so I could perform the exercise. Josh was able to accommodate this and more.

Overall, I’ve had a great time learning new workouts, understanding diet, and improving my strength and fitness. I would highly recommend this location and working with Josh.

I have been going to this gym for about 6 months and have loved it. It has all the variety needed and is always clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. I signed up for the personal training services and my trainer James has been great! He's helped me learn how to properly lift and I've seen results quickly!

This is the best Crunch gym I have been to. There is another Crunch nearby with a pool that comes with the membership. Clean facility with lots of equipment options. Very friendly and helpful staff!!

Their personal training staff is great, Jesse is top notch! They are lucky to have him as he goes the extra mile with his clients!

Crunch is the best gym I have ever been a member of. I joined in 2018, when I moved to Richmond and it was a huge step in my fitness journey. For about a year now I've been working with one of their trainers, Adam, who I cannot thank enough. Having Adam's support, knowledge and help along the way has transformed the way I feel physically and mentally. Adam constantly challenges me as well as his other clients to be our best selves. I would recommend Adam as a trainer to anyone I know, he has helped me accomplish many goals and encourages me to keep reaching!

Crunch is the first gym I have ever joined and it is great! Very clean, and friendly staff. I started personal training with Emily Snow - she has been so helpful in helping me feel less intimidated by gym equipment and learn proper form for exercises. I love the variety of moves she suggests. She really goes above and beyond and is very knowledgable about fitness & wellness! Personal training is also great for keeping myself accountable. They have a good variety of group exercise classes too which are included in my membership. Would highly recommend this gym!

Scott’s Addition Crunch is very clean, personable staff, lots of equipment. I love my trainer Lonnie. He is very knowledgeable about different workouts and body dynamics, and he gives me a wide range of workouts. I always feel motivated during our sessions.

I have really loved coming to this gym. Not only do they have a really good variety of equipment to use, but they have the most friendly set of staff to help you out with whatever you need. If you are as lucky as I am you will get paired with trainer Emily. She has been the most amazing, supportive, and relatable person I could have ever imagined getting, and any hesitations I had about getting a personal trainer have now disappeared. What's even better is I am beginning to see results, and I can't wait to see where my progress will take me.

Got a day pass here. Wasn't expecting much based on other Crunch gyms I've been to, but this was great
Had real free weight section, heavy bags, plenty of cable machines, and even climbing grips for chins and a 20' monkey bar run. Great place for any lifter but bonus if you OCR

I just wrapped up four months of personal training with Josh Rusk, and I would recommend! Needing a jolt to my fitness routine, Josh listened to my goals and created a plan right for me, and we adjusted when I started half marathon training. Josh provided a calm, encouraging, and safe place for me to learn different exercises and help me better understand how to get stronger. I looked forward to our 7AM weekly sessions and definitely grew stronger! Try it out!

I’ve been going to Crunch in Scott’s Addition for the past couple of months. The staff is always friendly and the place is always kept clean. I work with Tucker once every 2 weeks. He’s been great at showing me proper form and technique. He’s patient with me while still managing to get me to push myself. He’s helped give me the confidence to go from just using machines during my workout to including free weights into my routine. I doubt I ever could have done that on my own.

I joined Crunch Fitness in Scotts Addition a few months ago after ending my membership at Gold's Gym and have been beyond pleased with the decision. Each staff member is so welcoming and appears to be highly qualified within each of their positions. I'm always greeted with a smile and the gym never seems to be crowded. Ahh the joy of not having to wait for a machine!! When joining I also decided to get a personal trainer to help me get back into a steady workout routine after months off and reach my desired results. Adam, my trainer, is very knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive in helping me with my fitness journey. I cannot recommend this gym, the staff, and overall positive experience enough! :)

I joined Crunch a year ago and signed up for personal training with Allison.
The workouts are challenging, but fun and always different which keeps it fresh..
Lots of machines, cables and free weights to work out on.. Almost never too crowded to use what you need.. Recommend!!

Josh is the BEST TRAINER!
Super great coach who really met me where I was in my journey (basically starting from scratch). He helped me understand the importance of establishing the basics of form and routine and I’m seeing results, building good habits and (to my genuine shock) enjoying going to the gym. Thanks Josh and Crunch Scott’s Addition!!!!!
