Jessica provided a great service while being kind, patient and thorough. She spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me before I scheduled the appointment to answer all of my questions and make sure that I felt comfortable with her proposed plan for my hair. I’m dealing with grays coming in over a previous all over dark color. Instead of many other salons, that would continue to do root touchup’s with all over color, she encouraged me to try lightening up my hair with highlights. Not covering the grays, specifically, but making them less noticeable on hair with more dimension. When we met in person, we reviewed her thoughts when she was able to see and touch my hair. She was very forthcoming about price expectations before the service was started. The end result is natural looking hair that is blending my grays. For someone who is not very high maintenance, this plan really meets all of my needs! Definitely recommend a visit to Jessica.
