West Brookfield Family Practice

Dr Wilson has been a wonderful doctor. He asks "what can I do to help you" and is very personable instead of talking down to you. He gets you involved with your care instead of just demanding you do x, y, z. He takes as much time as you need, which is a pro and a con. It just means you might be waiting a bit to be seen, because everyone gets their time with him. The nurses have been wonderful and professional. I haven't ever had any issues getting an appointment or talking with the nurses on the phone. I'm very pleased to be apart of the West Brookfield Family Practice.

Angela the NP provided the best care I have ever received. The assistant ensured I was comfortable. I have had issues with other providers in the past (at other offices) with Insurance Referrals and getting into specialists, This was not the case at West Brookfield Family Practice. I was referred to a Top specialist in Boston and was able to get the proper care I needed. Angela has provided me with the care, compassion, and understanding that I had been seeking out. I would Highly recommend seeing her.

My whole family loves West Brookfield Family Practice! All of the Ladies in reception do absolutely everything within their power to ensure that your family receives the care and follow up that you need. Despite how busy it gets and how much they have to do the Ladies are always so patient, thorough and nice. Kim at the front who does the scheduling can look grouchy sometimes but it is only because she is tying to manage to fit one more child who needs to be seen "today" into an already packed schedule while the people on the other side of the glass are scowling at her.... Be patient. Use common curtesy . Smile and think to yourself wow! They really work hard in here to take care of people! Then say thank you. It could be you on that phone... God knows it has been me.
Since we moved we continue to drive over an hour and a half to see Angela because of the kind, caring healthcare she provides. We always know to plan on the appointment being longer than scheduled but it is absolutely worth the time to see someone who will take their time to care for you and make sure that they are able to help you feel better. Denise upstairs is one of the nicest people who always has a smile and makes you feel cared for as soon as you walk in....
So.. If you want great care with a personal touch in a calm non institutional environment and you don't mind being patient and using your good manners West Brookfield family practice is the place for you!

Dr wilson made me feel at ease. He understands the kids needs because of his own experiences. I trust my doctor, James Wilson. His staff is friendly and competent. They always make time for urgent needs as well as the regular care.

I go to my drs office all the time and wait awhile and they are behind for to go in the room to see my dr. Everyone is nice there. They do the right tests in the lab and my dr prescribes me that right medication than a few of my other drs who are stubborn not listing to me, I am the patient.

Angela is a personable, caring. N.P. She is brilliant in here diagnostics. She never hurries her patients and treats the person as a whole, not just the problem at hand.I fell lucky to be part of this medical practice.

Very nice & respectful people that work here.... Dr is very CARING and thoughtful.... & making sure that we are taken care in the proper manner.... Never have to wait long at all, to see the Dr between each patient....& when you call them, to have them call you back to talk to you about personal medical needs, they do get right back to you, within that hours or by the end of the working day!! 🙏💜😇🤗🖤🌠

There a small Medical Practice with a Great Staff. The Employees are very helpful with answering all my questions about my diagnosis, medication, or lab work.

Dr Jones is great. Very thorough and caring.

Small town Doctors office with excellent medical care. Highly recommend coming here everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

Really nice people

I have been going to this doctor's office for many years. And overall I would like to say that the staff is generally friendly and competent although sometimes the office is very hectic , I do understand why some people may be frustrated with the wait times and on occasion the attitudes of some of the staff. There was one medical assistant who is now gone , who I used to call Little Hitler because of this person's attitude. This person would do things like put other patients in front me on a couple of occasions and put me on the spot by asking if the 430 patient could go before me even though I arrived on time for my 345 appointment. But little Adolf was replaced by a very pleasant, easy on the eyes( so this phrase isn't misinterpreted, by easy on the eyes I simply mean an overall character review of her personality in side and out would make her much more comforting than for example a person that is constantly miserable.) , awesome personality medical assistant! I believe her name is Kristen and I hope she can accept a compliment! her great attitude does makeup for any other frustrations that go along with the excessive wait times on occasion. It's always nice to be greeted by someone very pleasant. Even though you know underneath that smile is lot of frustration from dealing with angry patients who have run out of patience! . But I do understand both sides. Overall, I do find the West Brookfield Family Practice to be a good family-oriented doctor's office, with great Doctors. And even though sometimes it's frustrating waiting a little bit longer than you feel you should have to, it's nice to be able to joke around with the staff and have a good rapport with them like a family!

I'm very happy with my practitioner, but dropping one star for accessibility by phone.

Is the published phone number even correct? I seem to keep getting hung up on when I call. No voicemail, not answering service - just a pick up and then a click.

Though I sometimes have to wait a while I always get full attention once in.
