Best Western Staunton Inn

Wish I took pictures of room, nice and clean. They have a wonderful breakfast and a great selection of food!! They are kid friendly 😁 and dog friendly too. Prices are good.

The room was nice and the staff was very accommodating. The location was ~ halfway through my trip and right off the highway. Very comfortable memory foam mattress and adequate water pressure in the shower. Pet friendly 😻

Pet friendly with nice little grass strip in the back with poop bags so previous dog owners did a fine job of cleaning up after themselves. Breakfast was good with hot pancakes, sausage and eggs along with normal cold selections. Dora, our breakfast “cook” was very nice and attentive. Very pleasant experience!

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and ample pillows. It is pet friendly. Excellent breakfast with many choices. First time I have seen touchless pancakes! Wave at it, put your plate and out they come! Very nice staff.

Had a pleasant stay here. It was easy to find, right off the exit 222. The hotel was very clean and the reception was very easy. All was in order. I travel with 2 small dogs and felt their fee and policy was very fair. They have a dog walk area and provide poop bags and a waste basket for convenience. The restaurant next door Mrs. Rowes was Very good as well. Food was home made.

Rooms clean but dated, bed extremely soft and pillow softer. Shower didn't have much pressure. Has indoor pool and dog area behind building. Any size dog $15

The front desk staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was the typical fare and was well stocked. The room was clean and comfortable.

This location is right off the high way, ya can't miss it. Shopping center up the road.

We chose this location for the indoor pool, and thank goodness it was open and functional. Pool was heated, indoors. From 4ft to 6ft.

Our room was also a great fit for us. Two queen sized beds for our family of 4.

Bathroom was well put together for us, and the staff were great. Friendly, and informative.

Breakfast was eh on one morning, and then a hit the next morning. Different staff members for each morning, one was irritated, and the next was friendly and on top of the pancake maker, and all the stocking she managed Todo with a great smile on her face to see the families enjoying breakfast together in the facility they provided.

I will be coming back to this location

This particular Best Western will go on our good stay traveling list. Nice accommodations with a nice staff in a good location.

Stopped on our way to Virginia Beach due to too long of a drive. It was late at night front desk woman was amazing we even signed up for the reward program. Nice breakfast and coffee in the morning. I would recommend this hotel

This is a wonderful Best Western right off of Rt. 81 in Staunton, VA. We always stop here on the way coming and going to see relatives down south. We love the perfectly clean rooms, the excellent breakfast, the very kind and professional staff, the indoor pool which is especially fun in the winter, and the proximity of good restaurants. Well done, Best Western Staunton!

Great location off I81. Clean room,great room bed and pillows. Nice shower. Stay overnight on going north and returning south. There's an indoor pool for getting extra exercise. Be sure to eat at The Mill,an old flour mill beautifully transformed into a restaurant.

The family and I stop there 3 times a yr we make that our half way point, the kids love the pool the housekeepers work extremely hard, and I always try to leave them a generous tip, to show my appreciation, however the last night night we were there we walked to the Looby and heard the older black lady talking to a man that also worked there, about how the housekeepers weren't doing their jobs they like to sit in the breakfast area and eat, just saying so many awful things about the owners the general manager, housekeepers and it's not like she didn't see us ,lady you are a reflection of the hotel, and u ready made a bad impression on me, maybe retiring would be a good option for you so my rant is now over, and we love you and appeeciate yalls hard work and dedication

The hotel, staff and rooms were excellent! They had a terrific breakfast set up and the coffee was very good. The only downside was the train; the staff warned us well in advance so it was not a surprise. We will be coming back for another stay on our travels.

Central to everything Staunton. Next door is Cracker Barrel restaurant. We enjoyed Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library and Frontier Museum. Many good restaurants in area, clean and warm pool.

This is a nice hotel. The rooms were clean and it has a neat glass elevator as well. I stayed in room 419 and I was disappointed that it didn’t face the nearby railroad track but since they weren’t aware of that, I’m still giving this place a five star review.

After several years, we made it back to this area and were not disappointed. The hotel continues to be well maintained and a great place to stay overnight if you are traveling through this area.

Loved it, perfect for stay with pets. They have train track right next to it - kids loved it - train goes by once/twice per day at random times. An indoor pool and coffee/hot chocolate bar in lobby was a nice perk. Def. good stay for up/down travel.

Very nice hotel, room was very clean and comfortable, bathroom same. We brought our grandkids to enjoy the pool and we had a blast. Water was very warm. Breakfast was good, not many hot choices, but it was fine.

We stayed at The Best Western Staunton Inn 10/6 - 10/8/21. It was the first time we've stayed at a hotel since Covid began so we were a bit skeptical about the accommodations and services offered. Additionally, we were bringing our pup, Ellie, so we weren't sure just what the hotel would provide us with room-wise. From check-in to check-out, we had a wonderful experience! The front desk staff members were so professional, yet warm and welcoming. Our room was spotless, the bedding fresh and comfortable, the amenities all that we hoped for. Breakfast was delightful and the young man hosting it was so attentive and pleasant. We loved the sculpture in the entrance by the elevator - three young children forming an instrumental trio. We look forward to visiting again and partaking of your warm hospitality. Thank you for a lovely stay!
