Holiday Inn Staunton Conference Center, an IHG Hotel

This hotel has quickly become a favorite of ours, as we have had the pleasure of staying here twice already, and each time has been consistently great. We opted for a golf course view, and it proved to be a perfect choice, providing a serene and picturesque setting for our stay. Additionally, we had a preference for a ground floor room, which the staff was friendly and accommodating enough to arrange for us, as the ground floor here is considered the second level.

Traveling with two adults and three kids, we found the rooms to be spacious and clean, offering ample space for all of us to relax and unwind. The cleanliness of the accommodations was commendable, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The friendly and accommodating nature of the staff further enhanced our experience, as they were always willing to assist and ensure our needs were met.

The location of this hotel is simply perfect. Whether you're looking to explore the town or enjoy nearby attractions, the hotel's proximity to various points of interest makes it an ideal choice. While we didn't partake in their breakfast offerings due to its small and minimal nature, we found our favorite breakfast spot, Kathy's, in town, which more than made up for it.

Overall, our experience at this hotel has been consistently positive, and it has quickly become a preferred choice for our family. The combination of spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, and ideal location makes it a top-notch option for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether you're traveling as a family or on your own, this hotel is definitely worth considering. We look forward to returning for future stays.

For what we paid, couldn't believe how nice the room was. Clean, pleasant and quiet ☺ Even managed to find a good movie on tv. The service was above and beyond as well. Thank you for being so helpful Michelle!

Rooms were great and beds are so comfortable. Will be great when the restaurant is staffed and open and the fitness room is ready and available.

Great room options, awesome management and staff. Remember in today's work force we are sometimes limited in the amount of staff etc so we need to be patient at times. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

The only dissapointing thing was the restaurant bar was not open. Breakfast was not hot a hot one. Other than that part which is important to us traveling that we can hop up and get a hot breakfast and head out.

Only thing that wasn't right was the closed pool. The main reason we stayed there.But, the customer service was outstanding. The front desk was so polite and informative. The rooms were beautiful. The best part was the breakfast. (If breakfast were free, it'd been better) was great. The cook/server/host was kind. She was great with the kids. The food was great too.

Friendly staff at check in. Facility appeared clean. Spacy rooms. Beds are comfortable; just firm enough. Bathroom is nothing special but certainly clean and adequate. And for those interested, wifi speed was decent. I clocked about 30bps down and upload.

This was a wonderful hotel in a quite place of the highway on a golf course. The room is spacious. They do have continental breakfast for a small charge. It is a quick drive into historic Staunton, only 10 minutes and right off route 81.

Staff was very friendly and kind. The pools were closed which was disappointing for my kids but they are renovating at this time. I wish this was disclosed on the website but we still had a nice time. The hotel was very clean and pet friendly. I like how they put water bowls out for the dogs also. My dog loved it. I also appreciated the coffee that was available early in the lobby and a nice continental breakfast was offered.

It's a holiday inn, not the plaza hotel... Yet, everyone was amazing! The place was super clean. The front desk ladies were ultra nice. I forgot those names but my server and the chef were Uber great people. The only issue I had was the heat/ac, it was full heat or full AC. Nothing in between.

The rooms are very comfortable. Everything is well-maintained and clean. The bed linens and pillows are much nicer than those of the typical hotel bed. Like many hotels, there is virtually no drawer space; just three undersized drawers. The room has a refrigerator with a small freezer, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine. There is plenty of parking and the staff are nice. The on-site restaurant is underwhelming, and a bit overpriced. The hotel has an indoor/outdoor pool, which is a neat feature. Overall, it's a very nice hotel. We come to Staunton a couple times a year, and this is definitely our go-to place to stay.

Stay here once a month. Manager is great. Bar and grill is amazing. Props to Joletta she's an amazing front desk person overall a very enjoyable stay!

We had an excellent experience at this Holiday Inn. The manager, Cierra, was extremely accommodating and hospitable. The entire staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean and in the beds were really comfortable. They have a fantastic pool and the setting is beautiful. We will stay here again.

Good night. Comfy beds. Great staff. Rooms large, bathroom not largr but comfy. On the highway side it was noisey sometimes but we turned fan on to help with the noise and it was fine. We had breakfast included with our stay. We got to choose anything on the menu.

My father lives out of town so every time myself and my 7 & 10 year old siblings visit with him, we stay here. So I’ve stayed here many times. I’ve never had an issue at all! My dad and I started only visiting here because it’s the only hotel that never gives any problems whatsoever. The rooms are always comfortable and clean!

For me the best hotel in the area. I have stayed here several times and never had a bad experience. The rooms are always clean the hallways are clean, the staff very friendly. This is the hotel I use when I come to the area.

This place is a must stop for us whenever in the area. Excellent staff, food, comfortable, a great place to stay if traveling with a pet.
We always look forward to arriving here as we know we will be comfortable, and happy with all the amenities, including room service.

Beautiful, quiet setting by the golf course. Perfect for rest during a long travel. Plenty of other amenities + check it out online. Great restaurant and other fast food at next exit. The rooms are of good size but need a bit more updating for the technically upcoming generation - usb plugs. Does accept CLC lodging.
