I have been seeing Dr. Dickerson for many years and have had no issues. I would not change her as my physician for no one else

Although sometimes the long wait! Which is the worst of it!

Dr. Dickerson always takes the time to listen and make sure that everything is taken care of with me!
I have referred her out many times to friends and family!

These people could care less about their patients!! I have gone to them several times now and they refuse to make the necessary appointment for me or give me the right medication. I am in such bad health right now and all the receptionist said is that she cant do anything go to ER!! They did all these unnecessary scans and charged over 200 dollars!! I thought doctors took an oath to help anyone in need, but apparently these guys skipped that class in medical school! Truly disappointing!!

Had an appointment at 230, didnt get in until after 3. Doctor came in then leaves and comes back an hour later. Be ready to wait 2-4 hours for something that they can tell you in 5 minutes.

The level of incompetency that I experienced at this doctor’s office is beyond belief. I called to have a prescription filled and was transferred to the “nurse” to have it filled. I was connected to a voice message system. I attempted to call back 3 times and was forwarded to the voice mail each time. Lastly, I *67 my number and surprisingly someone answered??? I was transferred to someone else that was not a nurse, that took my DOB, medication, and other information down on paper. Where is my information, who knows??? I was told the nurse would call in my prescription, but it was not. No medication left and no word back from anyone. Totally unacceptable! Also, I find it interesting that I can have 17 tests ran on a first visit, but 7 minutes of doctor time that was mainly spent writing down my prescriptions by hand. The insurance money was collected for those tests though….. Horrible!!!

Got here 15 minutes early and have been waiting to be seen for over an hour since my scheduled appointment time. It was like this six months ago, I’m here for a follow up. It is an hour to closing and have already paid the $25 co pay. I’m questioning whether it is worth staying any longer. I know the wait always takes forever at doctor offices, but I had timelier experiences at other offices. I sit watching people who arrived after me being called. I’m wonder if they double booked my appointment and their plan was to squeeze me in last minute. The doctor is nice and the staff are nice but this isn’t saving the poor service. I’m not coming here again.

Nice people, but unfortunately being nice isn’t enough when it comes to customer service. Ive been holding back on this review, but after consistent lack of professionalism and customer service I figured I’d help someone else from wasting their time. Being put on hold is one thing, but being put on hold and the line hanging up on multiple occasions is absurd. I’ve called and been told “call back tomorrow to schedule an appointment, we’re about to close”. This is like ordering food at a restaurant 30 minutes before they close and them telling you to call back tomorrow because they need to clean the kitchen; only worse because this is a hospital!! Nobody is ever available when you call. 9/10 times you’re going to be stuck with a voicemail and leaving a voicemail is pointless as you won’t get a call back.

The most rude and incompetent administrative staff I've ever dealt with. Not an exaggeration. Getting them to call in a prescription at all was a major task, and then having them do it without screwing it up is apparently impossible.
