Super easy to use- make sure you get the app it makes it seamless! Team is very friendly and helpful. Got a water on the way out too- nice touch for those who needed a drink after running through the airport. Keep up the great work!

Airport shuttle service is very frequent and good. Prices seem very good. We recommend Park 'N Go.

Great service and reasonable rates for short or long term parking next to the airport. Their system works and gets you to and from your flights in a timely manner. I use Park & Go every time I fly out of RIR. Great folks who work there also!

It is a great place to park for a trip. The shuttle driver was very nice and even had water on the shuttle after the flight. The staff was helpful and friendly. Will park there again when I fly somewhere.

Love this service! I have used them for several years. Friendly service. Shuttle back and forth to the airport. Secure parking lot. Fixed a flat tire for me one trip.

I didn’t know that they existed until a search to see how much airport parking cost - and this service popped up. I thought it was run by the airport but when pulling in realized it was not. But from start to finish it made parking and getting to and from the airport easier and cheaper than an Uber/Lyft from our house. It also felt VERY safe. The lot wasn’t huge and the driver took us directly to our car (not just a dropoff spot where you still had to walk up 4 rows and over 20 cars). Our driver helped us with luggage and gave us a ticket with the exact location of our car (which we hand to our shuttle driver on the way home so he can take us to our car). When we left the parking lot in our car they gave everyone in the car a bottle of water, which was thoughtful especially since air travel is so dehydrating.
Someone has thought of the small touches that are so helpful when parking your car. You don’t want it to be a hassle or make you late for your flight or come home exhausted and have to wait 15-20 minutes or more to get back to your car.
I will definitely use again.
I have one very small recommendation - that the driver suggest you take a picture of the card he hands you, in case on your trip you lose it, we didn’t lose ours but after flying home I misplaced it for about 5 minutes but I checked the picture I took for the phone number to call when we landed. Then found the card.

So far so good. This is my first time using this service. Will update if needed when I return to pick up my vehicle.

Best parking option at the airport. Quick shuttle service to and from. Even gave our friends a jump when their battery died. You can earn free parking days. Love them

This place is so much less stressful for parking at the airport! We use it 2-3 times a year for the last 4-5 years and they are very consistent at picking you right up both ways and dropping you right off at the gate or your car. We even had a dead battery when we got back at 11:30 at night and within 5 minutes of calling back up to the office gate our driver was back with a smile and a battery box!! We were on our way within minutes! I don't see how you could park at the airport and walk any faster than we get there in the shuttle. Prices are great for the online prepay too. We have done it just an hour before showing up with no problem 😊

Can't recommend this place enough. It's very easy to book a stay online. When arriving, I've never waited for a shuttle once parked. The drivers are always pleasant and helpful. Same for the return trip. If a shuttle wasn't already waiting, they quickly arrived once called. Being located so close to the airport allows them to be very responsible. Have always felt my car has been safe while we're traveling. I use them anytime I fly out of RIC.

I used this service for a 6 am flight last month. By the time I parked, the shuttle was behind my car ready to go. I was in the terminal less than 15 minutes later.

Pickup was also prompt and was waiting for a shuttle for less than 5 minutes, and was dropped off at my car.

As I am about to make my 3rd reservation with Park 'n Go, I thought it would be a good idea to do a review. This service is convenient and the employees do a great job. We haven't had any issues. Upon your arrival, a gate attendant will confirm your reservation (I'm not sure of the process if you have not made a reservation but it's probably just as simple) and will direct you to the section of the lot of where to park. A shuttle has always been immediately available. The driver will assist you with your luggage and then promptly drive you the short distance to the airport; will take you to your airline's entrance (at departures entrance). You probably don't have to, but I tip the driver. I would say from arriving at the gate at the lot to being shuttled to the airport, it's approximately 20 minutes in total. When you return from your trip, if a shuttle isn't already at the airport, call the service and they will be there quickly. Hold on to the yellow ticket given to you on your departure day; has the phone number and the driver will be able to identify you as a customer. You will be driven back to your vehicle, then check out at the gate is simple; offered a small bottle of water. We plan to use this service whenever needed.

Quick and easy.used a coupon online and took off 7 bucks. Very reasonable rates. But thier staff is very nice even at o dark hundred in the morning. When you are leaving, they are pleasant, wish you a safe trip and give you a free bottle of water.

Best parking area for RIC. The pick up and drop off times to and from the airport are close to no wait depending on your time of departure and/or arrival. We have used them for years.
