Dillard's

This location is three stories tall. Two whole floors of women's clothing, apparel, accessories. The entire bottom floor is men's. Everything's well stocked, the staff is super helpful, always good sales and prices! There's selection is extensive. Really enjoy shopping at this location.

Really enjoyed our time here. Great home dept especially at Christmas!!! Huge selection of items to buy!! That includes collectibles and lots of ornaments. The Santa on the surfboard was super cute. Lifesize nutcracker for only 1000, but then everything goes on sale which is fun!! Thanks Dillards, employees are great too!

Always good to visit Dillard's. The older black lady working in the Women's department with purses was especially nice(can't remember her name).. lol Her customer service was Top notch!! Really made us feel welcomed as visitors..:)

Im getting married, needed a suit. Ive got no clue what I'm doing. Mark however did. Mark helped us for close to two hours straight, full attention. Honest opinions. Helpful would be an understatement. I now own the perfect suit for my perfect day.He told us it was his 1st day back from vacation and I'm sure that helped. In short, give Mark plenty of PTO. And others, be more like Mark.

In all fairness, I only come here to buy formals/semi-formals for different occasions. Each visit Kathryn has been a GREAT help!

Love the colognes and perfumes prices are a little high but worth the cost I'd say.

It's Dillards. It smells delicious and the racks are usually full. Sounds like a tap dance to walk through, too, which is Dillards/Gayfers specific 😁

Update: Sept 2023: 2 months later, again dripping with sweat. Guess that competing with internet sales takes away money for AC.

July 2023. Sweltering hot. I was Dripping with sweat by the time I left. The sunglasses on top of my head had condensation from sweat. It was too sweaty to try swimsuits, which is why I went to the store. The temperatures are set at the corporate store, which must be located in Antarctica.

On the five-star side, however, the employees here are very helpful.

Love this place! I shopped Dillard's around the country and this is my second favorite location for their customer service and first favorite for selection and pricing. The staff here are absolutely amazing! I cannot believe the selection we have here it's like they smashed three dillards together to create one. I do like the Lincoln Nebraska location for their customer service just a tiny bit more because of Drew in the tailor men's professional section but I do have to say the women's professional and shoe section in Pensacola is 10 times better than anywhere I have ever been including all department stores and cobblers

Dillard's is the only physical store where I can find slips (for under dresses) anymore, and they are excellent quality!

Awesome shopping experience! Personable and professional staff. Superb selection of merchandise, and several personal services available in store.

Beautiful this time of year only issue is no price on many of the items but it was easy to find someone to check the price

Today was a very frustrating day with a pick up at store order and customer service. However talking to and being helped by Ms. Ashley and Ms.Joanie took all my frustration away these two ladies did everything possible to make sure I was satisfied and I didn't leave empty handed. I definitely appreciate their great customer service. Please go see Ashley and Joanie I promise you will leave satisfied and with a smile on your face i am glad you guys was recommended to me. Excellent men’s section in the basement and the women working at the fragrance counter downstairs were helpful.

Fantastic. Their fashion jewelry is pricey, so, I have to catch the sales. That's when I can pay $100 for jewelry generally costing a total of $500 or more. I do love the store. They have the styles I love to achieve the look I want. Great place but price is in the higher area.

Brandon in Jewelry was extremely helpful on showing me items and very patient with me on my different questions.

Dillard's has excellent quality goods, especially when they have a sale! Needing a special outfit or item, this is the place! Bought this for a raffle. Beautiful isn't it?!
