Publix Super Market on N. 9th Ave.

I've been to many Publix locations in Pensacola, and of the ones I've been to, this particular location offers an elevated status to its interior design. Prices are the same as other Publix locations, though the building is very large, roomy, and feels luxurious, almost as though intended only for the elite to shop at. They are also well stocked with many options of many things to select from. If I lived a little closer to this particular location, I'd probably visit here more often.

The people there are very polite. The manager shared his empathy and concern when I got attached leaving the store caught on surveillance video. He witnessed and called emergency services for me. He told me this the next time I came back in to do some shopping. All I remember is waking up in the hospital. Thank you!

Fantastic place! Great sushi, very clean, even has self check out! They have a great deli bakery and a salad bar that's pretty cool. Highly recommend easy to get in and out. Lots of parking space. In a good location with lots of restaurants nearby as well.

The pharmacy staff is AMAZING!! They always go above and beyond. They need to teach the pharmacist and pharmacy staff at University Parkway how to treat their customers!

This publix was amazing. Super clean new and modern. We were there mainly for the deli, and I must say, the food was surprisingly well cooked for a grocery store deli. Not that its ever bad! It was just better than I expected. And they had butterfly shrimp and corn nuggets which, correct me if im wrong but most delis dont have that so that was cool.

They have a great place to sit down and eat. They are always polite and the best part you can order a $1.59 soda and refill it all day. Also there are electric outlets in the cafeteria to charge your cell.

One of the few Public locations with a build-your-own salad bar, which they smartly retained from the Albertson's that previously inhabited this location. Aside from that, they have all the other features of any normal Publix store... Deli, bakery, fresh sushi, groceries, pharmacy, and a friendly staff.

I went there to get my flu shot! I really like the pharmacy here! The pharmacy employees are so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this pharmacy and store!

This has to be one of the nicest grocery stores I've been to in a while. Everyone that worked there was friendly, more than two registers were open (I'm looking at you Walmart), very clean, and ample parking. There was a pharmacy inside as well as a bakery and deli, which serves some pretty good food. There was also an event planning desk. Whether those events are strictly Publix related or not, I'm not sure. Overall pleasant experience. There's also a Publix liquor store in the same parking lot with a variety of alcohol versus the main store which has just beers and wines.

Wow! This is quite possibly the best grocery store. Friendly and helpful employees who clearly care about their store and their customers. PLUS, they had the items we wanted in stock with great selection. Highly recommend!

Dear Publix,
I wanted to let you know about an exceptionally positive experience I recently had at the deli counter of your store on Main Street. Last Thursday, September 20st, I came in around lunchtime to pick up the Italian Boarshead sub that was on special for $7.99.

The store was quite busy, but the three staff members behind the deli counter were incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. In particular, the nice gentleman who assisted me really flew into action to take care of my order quickly when he saw that the other two employees were busy. As soon as I mentioned I wanted the Boarshead sub special, he immediately started slicing the meat and cheese to assemble it perfectly.

The fantastic customer service really stood out. They had a smile on faces the entire time and made pleasant conversation as they weighed, sliced, packaged, and labeled my sub in no time at all. I was in and out of the store quickly with a delicious sandwich, and the whole experience brightened my day.

It's clear you have all-star employees at the deli counter. Their attention to detail, care for customers, and upbeat attitude are tremendous assets to your Publix store. I hope you will pass along my gratitude for the wonderful experience. Keep up the great work!

Oh I love This publix. My fruits and strawberry shortcake is always available for my craving. Clean and organized.

Daniel in the Pharmacy is so nice. Great bed side manor. And Pam was very sweet also.

Even though their stock said 4 available, Noone could find; however, Vincent did call the University store, and set aside three.. this is still the easier store to get to, so I'll continue using this location, mostly..

I thought Mobile's Publix was nice, but this one takes the cake hands down. It has a sitting area for you to sit and eat, including free Wi-Fi. The deli had so much to choose from, and the salad bar was very well stocked.

It is a very clean, well organized, lots of fresh produce and meat department. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to ask questions.

Very nice store, very friendly employees. The pharmacy staff were awesome in helping me get my meds.

Smaller than some of the Publix but with a more neighborly feel. Friendly staff
