My son would love this place!

I was staying on the naval base came to the Mall and found this SML Store would have loved to run into Lance and taken a picture or video for my son or a signed puppet but the couple times I went I wasn’t fortunate enough but the employee working was great bought 3 puppets around Christmas time for my son he loved them…

My grandson is obsessed with SML. We drive 2.5 hours to come to that store.

This store looks amazing. Very cool experience and there is alot of stuff from sml videos all over the store. Also the employees are very nice and welcoming. Totally recommend checking it out if you are in Pensacola.

I was at the SML Store June 24th and my experience was amazing!! I can’t remember the lady’s name but I wanted to get a Jeffy puppet for my son and they didn’t have anymore so I bought some pants. I went back to the store to see if I could have the display Jeffy and she sold it to my father. She was so sweet and helped me and my father get this Jeffy puppet for my autistic son who loves Jeffy. I will be back the next time I go to Florida!! Awesome staff!!

Always enjoyed watching SML. Now that they have a physical store it proves how far these types of careers can take you. Excellent quality of the puppets, nice background, a lot of things in this store catch your eye especially the iconic puppets from the YouTube videos. If your child watches SML, consider taking them here if you live around Pensacola.

THIS. PLACE. IS. AWESOME!!! I've been watching SML for years now, and now that they have a store, it's GREAT! Wish I lived closer though (I live in Detroit, Michigan.)

I like the store! And I'm very happy that they have gone this far! But what I'm disappointed is that I'm in detroit michigan and it takes 7 days to fly from michigan to Pensacola and I'm sad.

I enjoy watching sml and I’m happy they have a store. Personally I haven’t been there but from what iv seen it looks great all the bad reviews are just people who don’t like sml.
