We had heard this place was quite popular in Pensacola so thought we would give it a try. We loved the Irish ambience and decor! I felt like I was truly in a pub in Ireland. The food was excellent. You must try to Ruben eggrolls. I got the fried chicken lunch special. It was the best fried chicken I have had in a long time. Big juicy pieces with real mashed potatoes and deliciously prepared collard greens. My husband got the Irish lamb stew that he really enjoyed.

We arrived for Sunday brunch and experienced excellent service by Keely. Keely was wonderful and had only been serving there for 3 weeks and she was great! We ordered many different items and all were excellent! You can’t go wrong with McGuire’s, just Do It!!!

Wow. This place is not only huge with a great atmosphere, but had amazing food and drinks!! Our waitress was great. We told her to not hate us cause we only had an hour to dine on a Saturday afternoon, and I truly believe she did all she could to help us out! We made it out in time :) We had burgers and they were hugeeee and very tasty. You can tell it’s all very fresh. We actually found this place through the recommendation of Terry, our guide at the Hop-On Hop-Off Pensacola tour and were incredibly pleased! If you are in Pensacola? You NEED to come here.

Their bread was unique. It tasted like honey gravy. The bathroom will give you a heart attack if you are not paying attention lol And during our tour, we found out there are millions of dollar bills from customers on the walls and ceilings. The restaurant apparently has to count them all for tax season. It was a sight to behold!

My husband has great memories at the restaurant from when he lived here years ago, so we had to stop for a meal while visiting. Even on a Wednesday evening after 8pm, it was packed - and with good reason! The live music was great, the service was fantastic, and the food was phenomenal.

We both ordered the lamb shank. It was very reasonably priced, delicious and flavorful, and HUGE. The meat literally fell off the bone. We went hungry and still completely filled a to-go container with leftovers.

And we must thank Shelby for her amazing service. She was so kind and patient with us despite being so busy! We ran into an old friend unexpectedly and were slow at getting to the menu. She was sweet to check on us continuously, bring us fresh bread before we even looked at the menu, and offer her suggestions as we were making decisions. Throughout the meal, Shelby was attentive, friendly, and very on top of things. What a great meal!

We love McGuire. It is definitely a splurge, but everything we have tried on the menu, we've liked. The steaks are very tender, well-seasoned, and cooked to order. You really receive a lot for your money. I love their French Onion soup. It is so flavorful. There are tomes when that is all I need, plus their complimentary bread. On this trip, I ordered The Molly's cut, and my husband ordered the New York Prime strip. I love that when you order a baked potato as a side, they bring you crocks of sour cream, cheese, and chives to build it yourself. My husband had a salad as well, while I declined the salad provided with the meal and had my FO soup.

One of the best Irish pubs I have ever been in. The pics of the food does not due it justice because of the red lights in the place. But great food great atmosphere great vibe. A must go to place put it on your list.

McGuires is a fantastic place to eat. This is a very high-quality restaurant and the prices reflect that. I am lactose intolerant and they work with me to customize the things I can order. I would still recommend taking lactose pills before eating, but the food is fantastic. Everyone that I've eaten with there loves their food. Even though I can't eat most things there, I know the food is wonderful. The atmosphere is also unique and the servers are very nice.

This is a restaurant that everyone recommends if you are visiting Pensacola. They have a huge menu and a festive atmosphere. There is a really nice gift shop with lots of merchandise. All of their beers are made in-house, and we enjoyed wonderful service.

One of the best irish pub in town. I love the environment, how they hang the coffee mug and $1 bill all over the ceiling. Staff are very nice and friendly, food are very good and I really enjoy the Irish Wake, Angel as well as Strawberry Murphy drink. Check it out if you in town

Amazing! You will leave with a full belly and a smile. We’ve been many times over the past two years and tried all of the classic Irish dishes. Would recommend all of them. Shepherds pie is the best. Portions are huge. Home brews are excellent and the wine list is likely one of the best in Florida. Where else can you get a 1905 Mouton Rothschild?

Amazing place to eat. The ambience is awesome. Great vibe. The food is absolutely delicious. The Filet is top notch. The bean soup for 18 cents is a must. Great sides. Great service. All around great experience. Wish we had one of these in Central Florida.

Wow! This place was wildly unexpected!
I felt like I was in Ireland at Epcot during the food and wine festival!

The atmosphere was intriguing. The food was amazing and the service was IMPECCABLE!

Heather was our sever and she was a delight!

We celebrated our friend’s birthday, which I highly recommend doing!

We brought the whole family… we’re all in town for my father’s memorial which would have been a somber affair, but this place lifted everyone’s spirits and we had an absolute blast!

I feel like our dad was there celebrating with us in spirit.

Will definitely be back!

My wife and I lived in Pensacola for five years (2007-2012), until moving to Nashville, and McGuire’s was always our favorite restaurant. We recently came back to Pensacola to visit some old friends after 11 years, and it had not changed a bit. It truly is a special place. Their brunch with large omelettes and famous Irish coffee is outstanding; their lunch sandwiches are extra large and full of flavor; and the burgers and steaks are excellent. I ordered a 12-ounce filet mignon on our most recent visit and it was probably the best steak I’ve ever eaten in my life. I also love how almost every time you eat here, you’ll most likely be seated in a different room, as there are so many unique rooms in the place. Everything about McGuire’s is interesting and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip back to Pensacola.

My husband and I loved this restaurant. Our food was piping hot and steaks were cooked to perfection. We of course left our mark by stapling a $1 to the ceiling. Our server was polite and helpful when ordering. I'd absolutely come back here!

Came in for dinner Thurs night, Sat in the wine cellar. Our server Angie M was great. She recommended the steaks, and we were not disappointed. They were delicious, and the bread pudding was amazing. She was very attentive and kept our drinks full. We didn't have to ask for anything. Great experience all around.

Great bar/brewery. Good food and atmosphere. It's definitely a must-see. See if you can complete the Pensacola Challenge. A Legend the in Navy. You start here and consume 3 irish wakes, Uber to flounder's, and get another 3 Diesel Fuels, then stumble on to Crabs and get 3 Crab Traps. Basically, 3 takes on the same drink. Each one has an estimated 4oz of liquor for 36oz by the end. This challenge is not endorsed or advertised by businesses and is a thing perpetuated amongst the older guard of the military. One of the legends you hear in the fleet like shots of Habu Sake in Okinawa or Chu-Hai's in the Honch.

Wonderful place to eat, time after time. I took a brief decade long hiatus from Pensacola, and when I came back, McGuires was there like an old friend. Wait times are long, but completely worth it!

In my opinion if you don’t like this place then you might be the problem. I go twice every year for vacations(4th year) and have tried almost everything. People are amazing and food is amazing. Glad that this place exists.
