We only have one month to taste this wonderful food.

The only and biggest downside to this restaurant is that it's only open until August.

There's nothing worse than having a great restaurant in town close its doors.

Everything else is perfect, and it's a flavor I'll miss.

But I'll be rooting for them in their retirement.

Everything was great. I had the Szechuan tofu and the other family members had the sweet and sour chicken. We got so much more food than we expected and it was delish! We'll definitely be coming back.

This is some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time, everything was so fresh and they give you so much food for what you pay! I’ll definitely be coming back a lot!

This is a golden gem hidden in town. The food and service are always amazing! Call ahead to order out. They are expedient and the food is always hot and plentiful. Must tries- sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken, spicy crispy chicken, and their house dumplings! It's a wonderful small business that makes amazing food and the prices are very reasonable. I've been to dozens of Chinese restaurants- this is the one you're looking for!!!

Absolutely Fantastic! Requested Spicy and it was perfect. It only caught my eye heading to the Taco Bell Drive Thru on an icy night. Enjoy Las Vegas

This place rivals the best in the world! When I worked in the area, my company would regularly vote for this at company events. My favorite is their spicy crispy chicken. Excellent family owned and operated, plenty of food, and supremely delicious!

We drive 20 miles to eat at the Imperial house for Chinese food. Shrimp in lobster sauce is to die for. The family who owns it are fantastic. We have to say goodbye when we leave!

Really a great surprise! Super fresh and homemade Chinese food, ample servings and incredible value. We live in Chicago, are Asian-Americans who were just passing through, were hungry, and were expecting nothing more than 'just another take-out Chinese place’ at best considering the location, this place is much better than that expectation. You know the place is good when everyone who comes in talks to the owner (who works the register) like they are friends. The place is reasonably clean, mostly takeout, with a few tables to eat in but you have to order at the counter and pick-up your own food. But is well worth it, my wife and two kids shared a large vegetable low-mien and a small beef broccoli as well as an egg drop soup, all of it split up family style. It was more than we could eat for under $17. Everything seemed very fresh, the veggies had a healthy crunch and the egg drop was better than we get in Chicago’s Chinatown area.

Food always hot and great

Really good food. We like the triple delight (Chicken, beef, shrimp) over rice with a dark sauce. Egg roles are good to.

Delicious Chinese food, some of the best I've had. Exceptionally tasty egg rolls and crab cheese puffs! Really friendly staff, in overall a great restaurant to get food at.

I've enjoyed the spicy crispy chicken for years. I have always had good food and good service. Not all my friends agree, proving taste is not created equal. I always recommend imperial house.

One negative thing about the northwoods where we moved 2 years ago is how much we miss The Imperial House! We make it a point to stop there when we return to visit friends and family. Love how friendly the owners are and the food is excellent!

Good prices, quick service, and the food is amazing. Definitely not another "fast food" Chinese place. Didn't have the processed food look, feel or taste. Orange chicken is amazing!

The food is excellent they give you huge portions witch is great for leftovers. They are vary kind, it was a great first experience. Definitely will be going back.

They make the best egg rolls I have ever tasted. I have been enjoying their food since I was a kid! Friendliest service!

Always friendly and fast. The prices, in my opinion, are on the high side for fast Chinese food but it is worth it. The quality of the chicken in the fried rice is excellent.

I order take out here from time to time. I like the food better than other Chinese fast food joints. The people are super nice as well.
