Omni Richmond Hotel

My husband had our reception very recently at the Omni in the Magnolia Room for under 50 guests.

The room was absolutely perfect for the smaller wedding size, however, it could certainly hold a larger wedding as well. The entire Omni team was very responsive, attentive, and helpful from touring the venue all the way to the reception itself.

The hotel is beautiful, the venue was stunning, the food was absolutely delicious, and it is of course so helpful to have food, tables, chairs, linens, plates, etc. provided all by the venue.

Everyone really went over the top to make sure that we had a special and memorable day.

This picture is a morning shot but we were on the 15th floor corner room. Opened the curtains to the sunrise over the horizon, reflected on the glass tower next door. Truly comfortable rooms. Nice for touring downtown. Walk to the capital in 2 minutes. The breakfast was scrumptious!

My sons and I stayed at the Omni Richmond Hotel for Nightmare Weekend at the conference center for the weekend and it was wonderful. The staff was nice and able to answer any questions I had. Checking in and out was easy. It was a great location for what we had planned for the weekend. Our room was clean and suited our needs. We enjoyed our stay here.

My husband and I stayed at the Omni for our 3rd Wedding Anniversary! Alycia the loyalty ambassador reached out to me for any special request or accommodations. I mentioned it was our anniversary and all we wanted was a room with a view. Well, we got to the room and just felt joy to see "Happy Anniversary" balloons on the bed and the bath tub! Chocolate covered strawberries and some other nice treats. The staff at the Omni was so kind to do that. They made our stay special! The view of the city was beautiful! The room was beautiful, the bed was comfy! We'll definitely be back! Thank you, to the Omni staff!

I only stay at the Omni when I visit Richmond. The place is beautiful, clean and the service is top notch from the time you pull in and have your car valeted, to the moment you drive off. The little things really make the difference to me. There are always cold waters in the fridge, EVERYTHING WORKS, there are outlets everywhere and the toiletries are top quality. I would consider a aperitif or night cap in the restaurant and enjoy one of Richmond's finest restaurants (Jardin for snacks and wonderful wine; Grisette for top quality and reasonable prices - a rotating menu and well worth it). I hope in the future the Omni provides a bigger variety of breakfast offers (non-pork breakfast meat). The location of Starbucks is helpful when you're in a rush. Stay here, become a regular here, continue to stay here.

I’ve stayed here twice for work events and have been very impressed with the service and rooms. My most recent stay I was reached out to by the loyalty ambassador Alycia Mayo and I was very happy. As lifetime platinum (and currently titanium) with Marriott I am impressed with the level of contact and acknowledgement of my stay by Alycia that I don’t normally get at Marriott properties.
I was offered a high floor corner room and everyone was very helpful and kind.
Room was very nice and clean and I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Richmond!

Stayed here on the night of my wedding and all of the staff was so sweet and made my husband and I feel so celebrated. Every corner we turned we were told congrats by staff members and ever the next day when we checked out their staff still made sure to congratulate us.

Nice stay. Was in a recently renovated room, not sure if all are, and it was good. Old building that shows its age in a few places. Reminds me of the original Omni hotels (convention/conference center) in cities from the 1980-90’. I think it is definitely elevated, not luxury.

Company Christmas Party, we live in Northeast NC so the company provided hotel accommodations for all their NC employees. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, I love the historic feel with modern amenities. 10 out of 10 recommended.

Centrally located hotel with a nice gym, plenty of eating options around (no need to opt for the hotel breakfast - there are several restaurants and cafes under the same roof. Internet speed is good, rooms are well furnished. Quite a lot of conferences were run simultaneously - I noticed no congestion. Great job staff!

I stay at this Richmond Omni often and have never been disappointed. It's a great walkable location down town and while it offers a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner ( and also offers a complementary drink to Omni Members) it's connected to the James Center which provides additional dining options

ALL DOGS SHOULD BE ON ONE FLOOR, pet, friendly rooms, I think are ridiculous, you can just never be too sure, pets laying all on the beds and pillows…. We always take our own sheets and pillows.😊🤷🏻‍♀🤦🏾‍♀

From the very drive up to this hotel it is welcoming! The atmosphere in the lobby, the presence of the Staff makes you feel like your all that matters when you arrive! The place is very clean, the rooms are amazing, spacious, comfortable and the beds are perfect!
This is my first time staying in this hotel and must say I'm impressed!

Very nice hotel, room was pleasant. The beds were a little uncomfortable, firm is firm but this was hard. Staff were gracious, and pleasant.

The Richmond Omni is AMAZING! Great Location and Wonderful Staff. The restaurant crew is top notch! Do yourself a favor and stay there the next time you're in Richmond.

Awesome stay. Stephan, one of the doorman, was very helpful and stood out when he helped bring our luggage to room, gave us insite on the town. Later, Stephan walked with us for about 3 blocks to point out local establishments. As a staff and young gentleman, I was impressed. He was the most helpful with resources and direction that ensured we had a satisfying stay at the Omni.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Omni Richmond Hotel, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained, with a grand lobby and comfortable guest rooms. The staff was also friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

One of the highlights of my stay was the Starbucks located on the property. As a coffee lover, I was thrilled to have a convenient and well-stocked Starbucks right in the hotel. The baristas were friendly and efficient, and the coffee was consistently delicious. The seating area near the Starbucks was also comfortable, with plenty of seating and natural light.

In addition to the Starbucks, the hotel also offered several other dining options, including a restaurant and bar, a grab-and-go market, and room service. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, which had a good selection of hot and cold items.

The guest room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-stocked, and the room had a mini-fridge, which was a nice touch.

Overall, I highly recommend Omni Richmond Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

Wonderful stay! Great location & great price. Majority of the stay were extremely friendly. Clean & fresh. 24 hr gym & pool are great. Starbucks in the hotel & lots of great restaurants nearby.
