A beautiful place to stay. Very clean. Mr Dill was nice, kind, and customer service lady was too. Will definitely be coming back. Mr Dill keep up the wonderful work.

Staff is really nice and cooperative. Room were in good condition and I highly recommend to stay here with family.

The hotel was quite lovely. I stayed there for about a month, while changing living arraignments. Denise, at the front desk, was particularly nice. I had previously stayed at the hotel for a night or two, in a non renovated room. The newly renovated rooms were much nicer. New TVs, very nice beds. Very clean, new floors. The price, for a long term stay, was very good. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay, for an extended period of time.

Stayed in Newly renovated Jacuzzi King room. The red heart shaped jacuzzi is really beautiful. My wife loved it. The room are super clean and have big flat screen TV. The check in was quick and easy. Booked directly through the hotel and got great deal then online. Really beautiful experience.

Very friendly, well staffed, clean and beautiful. Completely wheelchair accessible. Continental breakfast was good. Rooms were clean, well supplied, pet friendly. Beds were comfortable, ac worked really well.

Check in /check out was well structured and seemless. The staff were kind even under pressure with other guests wanting to check in early and not understanding the reason for an extra charge. Great price. Excellent access to freeway. Central to every day essentials.

Nice room and friendly staff.. I was visiting from Georgia and stayed here on October 10, 2017. The gentleman at The desk greeted me and allowed me to see my room before purchasing. The room was tidy and clean and met my expectations.

They actually let me check in early for a small fee and I really needed it. The room was clean and they offered quite a few satellite channels. The water pressure sucked, but not enough to deserve a bad review. Breakfast consisted of cereal, sausage patties, egg patties, and a machine to make pancakes with the touch of a button

Besides being clean and safe(security guards). This hotel pairs with community organizations to help people in need.They supply warmth and comfort. They are also convenient for drivers and bus riders.

The staff was friendly and breakfast was great, every day was a different protein (bacon, sausage). With eggs, belgium wallfles, and grits as the primary hot foods. The also had oatmeal, fruits, yogurt as well.

Was in the area and needed a place to stay, I had not booked anything in advance and mostly every place had no vacancies. I called them up and they had me right in. The room was perfect for me for the night, I have no complaints.

I'm giving 5-stars for the care of the staff who work so diligently to mantain the upkeep and security of this location. Major props to Pajeet, Dill, Ms. James, and all the security staff and volunteers who have kept place while wearing many hats and duties along the way. Fallen angels sometimes get re-crowned, eh? They were awesome! My son just had eye surgery and theh accomadated us with a first floor room and were very polite by not asking why his eyes full of blood lol. I loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone!

I was here for the Blessed Driving School. The Days Inn itself seemed clean, and the people were friendly. I think Mrs. Helene (the instructor) did a good dealing with people from all walks of life and mental capabilities. If you want to stay out driving school then do a better and safer job of driving. I did learn some things from the class for example legislation is being worked on that will make it illegal to use your phone at all while you are driving. I also found out that it is illegal to hang anything from your rear view mirror. I need to remove my air freshener from the mirror immediately. One more thing that I learned is that pedestrians do not always have the right of way. I haven't been to other driving schools yet I would recommend Mrs. Helene and the Blessed Driving School. One quick note I think I would prefer the book test if there ever is a next time. Mrs. Helene if you're reading this god bless and thank you. I was in your class on yesterday. I came in late. I was seated at the front table right by the TV, first initial C first name, last initial B for last name.

I can usually find infinite reasons to dismiss any discount hotel but there are none here. Mgmt clearly cares about quality and hospitality even though their rates are incredibly low. That's possible when you really care and work at it. Highly recommended and we'll be back.

Room was clean, housekeeping was friendly, front desk/customer service was excellent and helpful. My Daughter enjoy the pancake making machine.

It was a days inn not much more to say, this hotel is under full COVID-19 protection protocol so staff interactions are severely limited. The check in is handled via a kiosk in the entryway...

This place is okay. We werent satified with the room, and decided to not stay there. The 5 stars is for the man on duty, who listened to my concerns and agreed after inspecting the room and gave me a full refund.

I was found dead August 25, 2018 in one of the hotel rooms and no one knows what happened to me. The police can't seem to identify the woman I was last seen with alive on video entering the hotel room with me on August 24, 2018. If you know anything please contact the Richmond Police Department.

The rooms were very clean. They had no room service at all yet the location was ideal.
