I must express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received, particularly from Mrs. Nadia. Upon her recommendation, I decided to try the hot wings, and I must say, they were absolutely fantastic! The flavor was exceptional, and it exceeded my expectations.

Not only were the hot wings a delightful surprise, but the roast beef and cheese I purchased were also of the highest quality. It's evident that your store takes great pride in offering top-notch products to its customers. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence did not go unnoticed.

The customer service at this location is OUTSTANDING. Rick is an amazing manager and delegator. I was confused on where to return my glass milk jugs - He took them to customer service for me and brought back my credits All while handling other issues and even bagged my groceries at the self check out. Yall are lucky to have him! He made made my checkout so smooth I felt like a famous person! Incredible

Kroger has awesome seafood and meat, but I really come here for the plants! All across the nation, everyone raves about the variety of house plants that can be found at Kroger and their sister stores, City Market, Dillions, Smiths, Ralphs. It's rare that I can go grocery shopping without picking up some kind of green.

Always love going to Kroger. The prices are good as all their produce is good. Love the bakery also. You can find things there you can find anywhere else.

Very good selection, especially if you're looking for some nice cheese and meats, they also have a good variety of steaks and seafood.

This store is actually my favorite Kroger store to go to. Not only are the prices reasonable, but the employees are pleasant and helpful, and the place stays clean every time I visit.

Easy to get to and easy to find things you need. This one is pretty big and has other departments besides food.

Was a great experience with a clean, friendly, and well stocked store. Had an interaction with a deli employee that was extremely hepful and with a great customer service attitude will come back soon!

Always has most of what I need, spring cases are scared but that's about it.

Krogers is my go to place for a good meal that won't break the bank

the store has armed security personnel to ensure the safety of shoppers. shelves are well stocked. store is clean and well lit.

I've always enjoy going to this kroger. The mass selections, all their meats, fruits, and vegetables are always fresh. Very clean store. Plus, they have kitchenware items, clothing, Starbucks, and self checkout lines that have a belt line along with the ones that don't.

This Kroger is the best in Richmond for online orders, and I've been using this service for years. I've never been disappointed. Inside, the store is large and overwhelming to me. But the online pickup is so easy, there's no need to go in. Shoutout to the pickup team, who have always been prompt and friendly. They do a great job!!!

This is an interesting Kroger where its basically twice the size of the other ones in the area. Great selection and their clearance section does have a lot more than usual. Still no store brand 2 liter drinks in stock though, but that's more of the price issue of regular brand than anything else.

I shopped at Kroger all the time..they always have everything I want.

Kroger is the best grocery for our food preferences. The people at the Belgrade Kroger deliver great service week after week. Their sale and clearance items have saved us a good bit of money. Their digital coupons help and they send some excellent paper coupons. Kroger may not work for everyone, but they work for us

My experience at Kroger was a pleasant one. I was able to get all the items I came to get. However, the store looked like it had been robbed.😅The shelves were bare in some areas like Bread!! The store shelves were being restocked while I was there. All is well at Kroger😅
