Super 8 by Wyndham Richmond Airport VA

Super 8 has great rooms very spacious. Clean sanitized.
The Management Mrs. Patel is understandably one of the reasons I selected to write this review. She has a professional and Humble attitude.

My son stay there from time to time I went with him to his room i luv it everything was clean and neat when we go on vacation we most definitely will get a room there

I was here for two days and it was well worth it for the price. The service and staff were very courteous, and polite. I recommend this hotel for price and stay.

I had a last minute trip into town and I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect staying here, but it turned out to be a very good experience. I spoke to the woman at the front desk a few times before arriving and she was super helpful and friendly.
The room was not only clean, it smelled clean. The AC unit on the wall almost worked too well, because less than 5-minutes after turning it on I had to turn it down.
I had a non-smoking room with a king-bed and there was a nice padded lounge chair with a foot stool underneath, which I thought was a nice touch. All in all, there's nothing I feel I need to complain about. The entire experience, and room, exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is under construction & still gives great service, areas of construction well contained & safe passage. Hotel clean, decorated simple but real cute.

I always like renting rooms at the Super 8 Hotels. This one was by the Richmond, VA airport. I purchased my room through Expedia but when I checked in I had to pay a separate deposit of $50 that wasn't mentioned on the Expedia site therefore I'm making people aware of this so they have a choice of if they want to pay extra money or not. The sign says that you can get your deposit back if your room is in good condition. Otherwise, the non-smoking room I stayed in was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and so were the towels and linen, the TV didn't show clear and they do have free WiFi. I would recommend people stay here. But I can't speak for the smoking rooms only the non-smoking rooms.

I am in a different city and state every week and for the price and it’s location close to the airport it was great. The staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean. My flight was a bit later so they were kind enough to allow a later check out. I will stay again.

So enjoyed and loved my stay here. Sorry for the late review. I stayed here between 21/9 -20/10. My stay here was more than I expected. The hospitality was top notch. The housekeeping couple were so awesome, even though English was a barrier it didn't bother me one bit, they did their job to perfection if I did let them clean my room. If you needed anything they provided. So wanted to tip them big time before I left but I hadn't seen them the day before leaving. I shall remember them though when I return next year, hopefully they will still be there. Lady at front desk was always polite to me when I did see her from the moment I first walked through the door. My stay here was exactly what I expected, it stopped me from missing home, New Zealand 🇳🇿 this place was full of life. Loved how the mattress had a mattress protector on it, that was my favourite thing to be honest. To be honest, it was all the previous reviews that made me choose to stay here, because I knew that it would stop me from missing home. I do plan on staying here again when I return to Richmond. Thanks for the hospitality and for making me feel at home. First time ever to the US, and I know I had chosen the best state and city to be my first visit and it won't be my last either. I would recommend this place to anyone who is not too fussed like me. I was just GRATEFUL for the whole experience. Once again thank you for making my stay a pleasant one.

Everything was good, sheets clean, the sink was cracked but they were also remodeling.

My stay WAS and IS always nice. I've been there 4/5 times in the past 2 years and EACH time I have NEVER had a bad experience. It's inexpensive and MY ROOM was ALWAYS clean. My experience with the front desk staff was great and I will be BACK there this upcoming weekend and hoping to get the same room I ALWAYS do. The staff speaks , is nice and then minds their business. They're VERY sweet and personable, yet checks you in, makes sure that you are GOOD and then leaves you ALONE to enjoy your stay.. I am a repeat customer. And I have had the opportunity to stay other. places but there I feel like home away from home. Oh, and they have brand new furniture in the rooms too!! Also one of the few places that offers BOTH smoking and non-smoking rooms STILL. I see you Super8 :-)

This hotel is recently remodeled.The furniture and decor are new. The bed is comfortable. The air conditioning/heading unit works well. Good breakfast options. The staff at the front desk (who I think runs the hotel) is friendly and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to start here again.

Had a lovely experience here. The man who checked us in was extremely nice (I wish I would have gotten his name but I think he was the manager or owner). We ended up getting there earlier than expected and he let us check in early and was very nice about it. For what you're paying for this hotel it's a steal! It's not a Hilton it's a super 8. That being said, you won't have little chocolates on your pillows or amazing animals made out of your bathroom towels but it's clean, it didn't smell dirty and it was comfy bed. Free WiFi, free TV and a nice warm bed to sleep on is all I need! If your looking for a nice place for cheap this is the place! I would recommend this hotel for younger folks who don't mind the simpler things in life. My husband and I are enjoying it here. We have not one complaint about this hotel. Keep up the good work!

I love this place. Very comfortable bed the staff is wonderful. Stayed two nights. I read some of the reviews and I understand there might be a one room that's dirtier than the other but my room was spectacularly clean. Smoking room I couldn't even tell it.

Very clean rooms and bathrooms staff is always friendly love the remodeling done here they actually put time and effort into this hotel. Towels and sheets are nice and new looking not all stained up definitely recommend staying here over any other hotel here in Richmond

Stayed a couple nights here, rooms were clean, people at dron desk are very nice and pleasant if you need anything they will make sure you have it, if you need a short stay or long stay I would recommend them and good rates, I will return if need a stay

I've been staying at this wonderful hotel for over a month with my family due to personal reasons. This staff have been nothing but amazing to us and has made sure we've been comfortable and had everything we need. It is a very quiet and peaceful hotel. It's also convenient to several stores and food places.

The accommodations at this hotel was great. I checked in late. Was greeted with a smile. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a nice size. I was very surprised with my stay. It was not what I expected.
