I went to sheltering Arms for a Rotator
Cuff Tear. And a lower back injury. The experience was so painful. I cried for 45 minutes one day. I got through it. Leah's words was so soft, genuine and so gentle. I was encouraged through the telling of the staff ⚕ stories of having to go through. Now I smile 😊 Thank you Leah Johnson, Therapist, too Bonnie and Teresa front desk receptionist and all the staff at the laburnum avenue location for being professionals in the skill they chose to perfect. It was a perfect experience 😊

The service and therapists there were amazing. Leah was my daughter's therapist whom she adored and she was wonderful with her. I would definitely recommend Sheltering Arms and Leah to my friends and family. Thank you for being so awesome.

Over the past 10 years I have had three major surgeries and after each one I always do my therapy with Sheltering Arms. The therapist are great.

I received good care each week. My therapist, Leah, was attentive to my needs and encouraging. I feel confident that I am able to continue with my own healing through the plan and exercises I have received through Sheltering Arms.

I had a few different physical therapists at the laburnum location and they all brought their own special pointers and tips to help my hip recover from a torn labrum. I was very pleased with my experience. I went from having daily pain to being able to jog again. Thank you all so much for getting me healthy again.

The facility was very clean with updated equipment. The entire staff were professional, polite, caring and knowledgeable. They asked questions and attentively listened.

This location of SH is very convenient for me & has the best staff hands down. & yes, I went to the Forest location.

All the therapists are friendly & phenomenal as I’ve seen Leah & Sean. & to have them see me for three body parts is amazing.

all staff is very GOOD. If someone is busy, others jump to get me in time, putting me on the machine, which I suppose to use. Staff is watching for each other to work as TEAM . They are trained very well to help you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ♥
