Bought a 2004 chrysler crossfire from them a month ago, very nice people, didn't pressure or upsell me at all. The purchase was quick and easy. Car is still running great!

I had an amazing experience working with both Phil and Brian. Phil was extremely patient with me calling him in the days before I went to test drive the Jeep that I bought from them.
They explained everything clearly and treated us very well! I was able to get a test drive of the vehicle, get a price down on paper and get everything taken care of much quicker than I would have imagined, and they even took the car out to get me more gas so I wouldn't have to stop again.
This was my first time buying a car and out of all the dealerships I visited I had the best experience here. Highly recommend this place! The deal we got on the Jeep was a great one and the car was so clean! Very satisfied with it so far.

This dealership is superb! The owner Philip and his associates are very friendly, patient, and considerate. I got a great deal on my trade-in and a great negotiated price for my Honda, which runs like a well-oiled machine! This guy will do everything he can to make you leave the lot exceedingly satisfied. Super honest. I hate buying cars and the whole process associated with it. But these guys made it easy and, quite frankly, AWESOME. The owner made the whole experience so pleasurable that I bought 3 cars from them. First car was a Volvo s60. I drove it into the ground and then traded it in for a BMW X3. Loved it. Then i bought a Mercedes which i currently own. Never had a problem. I even told my family about them, and now my mom, dad and brother own cars bought from here. Highly recommended.

My husband and I purchased a beautiful 2008 red Cadillac SRX from Crestwood today. The car was in immaculate condition and the price was more than fair. Mr. Phillips, the owner of the dealership was amazing. The office was quite busy today, always a good sign and we watched as as a young man was taken care of with the same respect as was an older gentleman, an Army veteran. My husband had seen the vehicle he was interested in on the dealer website. He stopped in last night to have a look at the car and a Sales Associate named Michelle Charity took care of him right away. He was able to test drive the car, by himself, no employee riding along. He expressed his interest and said he would be by today because he wanted me (his wife) to have a look at the car too. Michelle came right over to us and greeted us warmly, almost like family. She went over every detail and knowledgeably answered all of my husband’s questions. We decided that was the car for us and we were shown into the office to finalize the sale and paperwork. Mr. Phillips, the owner, treated us like family too. That office is a busy one and I can see why. The owner and all of his employees absolutely know how to treat a potential buyer. No question was too small. It’s not a large office, so it’s impossible not to hear the different transactions taking place around us. Mr Phillips was pleasant and very professional to everyone. As I mentioned above, the office is a very busy one and I can see why. They are just exceptional people to deal with. I cannot stress enough how well we were treated by everyone in that office. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone who asks me where to go if they are looking for a good used vehicle offered at a fair price. Michelle Charity, the Sales Associate who handled our transaction was completely adorable. She has a bubbly, pleasant personality and she knows her stuff when it comes to cars. I’d like to thank everyone at Crestwood for treating us so well. We would definitely give them a Five Star Diamond Rating. Give them a try if you are in the market for a good used car. You most certainly will not be disappointed.

My husband and I bought a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Crestwood Auto a few weeks ago. From the time that we stepped on the lot we were treated like family. We test drove several cars before we finally decided on one. Phillip was so patient with us and let us take our time shopping. We were able to negotiate a fair price quickly and buying the car was a great experience. All of his cars are freshly washed and so clean inside that they look brand new! These guys are AWESOME! I went to a lot of other dealerships, and this one was THE BEST! Cleanest cars, excellent service and I am HAPPY. I didn’t feel at all like I was at a used car dealership. They were honest and respectful. If one of their cars have an issue, they’ll tell you. No surprises! I mean, these folks are GREAT! Buy with confidence. I’ll go nowhere else Dora’s long as I live!

Liz was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and straight forward with information and pricing. She greeted us immediately and listened to what we needed and found us something that worked with our budget. Can’t say enough about her. I purchased a BEAUTIFUL 2006 Toyota RAV-4 the other day, from Steven Lomax, the salesman there. I came in one day, test drove it, and came back the next day to take it to a mechanic, (as I do before I buy ANY car,) just to be safe. They actually thought this was a 2013!!! They COULDNT find ANYTHING wrong with it, and said it’s in great shape!! Steven did a FANTASTIC job, especially when he was faced with being left alone in the office, yet he still gave me his FULL attention and a GREAT DEAL!!! In fact, when I came back from the mechanic, I noticed that the gas tank (cover), didn’t pop out when I pulled the lever, which I mentioned, but didn’t expect them to do anything about it....BUT, within 10 mins, he had their tech fix it, no problem!! Steven is who you want to buy your car from, and CRESTVIEW IS WHERE YOU NEED TO LOOK!!! They take ALOT of pride in their cars, by fixing anything that needs to be fixed, and by making them look like you TRULY WANT your new car to look after spending your hard earned money!! I Definitely would recommend CRESTVIEW to ANYONE, and will return when I need a car in the future!!

I'm still in the process of deciding whether or not to buy a particular car that these folks have, but working with them has been an absolute joy. I've interacted with Brian, Phil, and Monica, all of whom have been kind and transparent about the process. The vehicle that I'm looking at is in great shape. I couldn't recommend Crestwood Auto Center more highly. They'll definitely be the first place I look when I'm in need of a new car moving forward.

The owner is awesome, fair and has Integrity, something you don't fine in many car dealers. We just bought our second car from him.. Love his staff too. Friendly, personable and great customer service.

I bought my son’s first car here. I have not one thing bad to say about this place. There was no sales pitch, no pressure to buy. The car was clean and rides smooth. Remember you’re buying a USED so the car is going have dings and scratches. I asked a lot of questions and felt they were honest answers! I will definitely recommend!

I drove three hours on a Sunday to test drive my Bmm the car drove very well. Asked the owner to repair the weather strip around rear window he did without a problem came back Monday morning and purchased my car. This dealership is loyal to there customers and willing to work with you first car I purchased and didn’t have to re clean the vehicle there detailing is phenomenal.

Car broke down they called and let me know instead of scamming like most dealers would and gave me my deposit back.
