East End Branch - Richmond Public Library

The library staff is delightful and super efficient. The welcoming atmosphere and variety of services is definitely appreciated by the community. I always feel happy when I'm in this branch. It doesn't have the stuffy/strict vibe I've experienced in other libraries. A breath of fresh air and a safe space for all.

Love this library:) the staff here are absolutely exceptional! Adam the branch manager is so nice and will go out of his way for anyone. Even if my family were to move away we will always visit Adam and the gang at the east end library!

While small, the East End Branch of the Richmond Library is a fantastic part of the East End. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and they plan great events for children and their families. Several of the librarians remember my wife and daughter by name when we visit and ask how we have been. It is nice to have a place in the neighborhood that is so warm and inviting.

All the staff are very helpful. You can use any of the computers for free with a library card.

I found the staff helpful almost to a fault. The rest rooms are kept clean. Overall I find the library to be a friendly place.

The staff is very accommodating. The library is small, but is clean and quiet and has all the basic resources it needs. There are plenty of computers available to work on (2 hour time limit) and lots of places to sit and read.

I go here everyday and I love the kits and stuff like it's so fun and the vibe is good here and I know some of the library workers and there so nice 👌 😊

They have free public notary service and offer faxing services, normally 50¢ but she said they're not charging anything currently so I was able to fax for free as well. Very nice staff and good services!

I love this branch and travel across town gladly (my local branch if great too). Its a welcoming space with welcoming staff and lots to chose from.

Kind-hearted staff. Great place to browse for a new book. Large DVD section. Very community oriented. Love the book selection and new books section. A gem in the community.

The best ...its strategically located in my neighborhood ..i love it ..every thing from faxing to vintage books to informative stuff u find it ...i love it ..

We love, LOVE this library, it's staff, it's volunteer opportunities, etc.
