Quality Inn Richmond Airport

It's not a five-star hotel obviously, but it's better than a three-star experience. My room (109) was clean and comfortable, the property is clean and safe, the staff is friendly and always available. There is a 7-Eleven right in the front of the parking lot and there are other eating options within easy walking distance, including Waffle House and Burger King. I stayed there for a week and had no problems at all and I would stay there again. I will warn though, that the bathroom is small. I was traveling alone so it wasn't an issue at all but I definitely noticed.

My second stay was also great. I booked a room last-minute after a storm knocked our power out. Room 134 was clean, everything in good repair and the beds were very comfortable. All they had left was 2 doubles. I LOVE their pillows and how fresh and clean the bedding feels AND smells. I can't help but wonder if the horrible reviews are fake...

my flight was canceled so I was looking for a decent place to sleep an extra night near the airport. I was a little nervous but when I tell you the rooms are clean and the bed is more comfortable than a 5 star hotel, I’m not lying. I’m actually in shock. I have no complaints and I want to take the bed with me. the only thing I’d say is that there are no elevators so if you’re disabled heads up! thanks again!

We stayed twice within two weeks (bookending an Alaskan tour). I had three requirements: a free 24 hour airport shuttle, free breakfast, and proximity to the Link light rail. (Although we could see a portion of the airport from our window, we heard very little noise.) In addition to clean and comfortable rooms, the staff was considerate and helpful. Examples: during our 1st stay, as we left before the breakfast room opened, we were given breakfast bags for the airport (a 1st, in my experience). Upon return, the desk clerk did my online check-in and printed a boarding pass (Alaska Air is in the process of eliminating paper passes -- no longer routinely available via kiosk). An added hotel bonus: as the airport had a Link rail station, the airport shuttle offered easy access. Another bonus: the hotel is steps near food locations. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Had a great time there. Very friendly staff. Great customer service. Very clean room and the housekeepers were also excellent. What ever I needed it was provided. Will most definitely stay there again.

A great find! I swear, people will leave bad reviews about anything. The staff was quite kind and accommodating, room was very nice and perfectly clean. The layout was convenient too. This felt like a great deal for the price, from the TV and comfy pillows down to the lovely green bed cover and big fridge. I enjoyed the healthy breakfast too- cereal, yogurt, juice, waffles, oatmeal, some fruit. I loved it. Ended up adding another night to my stay.

Stayed here with a good friend and it was late so last minute but very easy to book, decent room and got some rest. ☺ Just kidding didn't sleep a wink. Kidding again it was a fine hotel and reasonably priced for the day and last minute reservation. If you're in the area I would recommend staying there.

Stopped here on out way to Outer Banks with my family and it was much nicer than I expected for the price. Front desk staff were very friendly and the room was nice and clean. Bedding smelled fresh. They offer grab bags for breakfast at the front desk which I prefer to buffet style personally. The shower in our room needs resurfaced but worked fine. Remote was a little hard to use but we figured it out. Other than that it was a surprisingly stay.

The rooms are very clean and the staff was great! We really enjoyed our time here.

This was the perfect room for an early morning flight.

I have been to top resorts in other countries and didn't even get the personalized and friendly service/attentiveness that I got here. The rooms were clean...the TV channels were good. The staff was so nice and pleasant. This is a good place to stay for the money. Spending 100's of dollars to stay in a hotel is ridiculous, these days and most times the customer service socks and the high end places have moldy rooms. I did not experience issues here. I will stay here again.

Every time i come to richmond, I check in to this hotel and I’m never disappointed. The rooms are always clean and I never have an issue with checking in. They remodel a year ago and the hotel looks better. they don’t have an elevator but they do ask if you prefer to be on the first or second floor.

This is the best budget hotel close to the Richmond Airport. They got me out of pinch when my third part booking site fumbled my reservation at another hotel close to the airport. After a snow storm layover in Denver and finally arriving in Richmond, my check in process was seamless and quick. Ben at the front desk cheered me up. Great staff, location, and price point.

The hotel is small but intimate. The front desk personnel were very nice and friendly and offered assistance to make my stay very pleasant. Since the hotel doesn't offer breakfast because of the pandemic, there are several places where food and drinks are available to purchase.

So I happened to need to stay the night for an early morning flight without realizing that it was the weekend of the Richmond Marathon. That said; everything was booked completely full everywhere I checked. I stop at this hotel which was also booked and could not be more impressed with the extra mile the management went in order to find a room to accommodate my wife, my son and myself. I will spare the details but will say I'm certain I would not have gotten a room anywhere remotely near the airport had I not came by this hotel. Thank you again for going above and beyond.

I am a nurse Intern and stayed at this hotel. Where do I start I have stayed in quite a few hotels while quarantining after working on a unit. THIS hotel is by far my NUMBER 1 pick. Not only was my room clean and spotless, the housekeeper was finishing the last touches to my room she didn't know I was coming up and to see the detail she was taking even when someone was watching and she didn't know made me so happy about my stay. She was so polite and diligent with the cleaning. THERE IS NOTHING BETTER THAN SLEEPING AND SMELLING BLECH ON YOUR COMFORTOR "the power of clean". and the bed, tv, the space of the room was 100% perfect. the best sleep I had had in ANY room. Now lets talk about Ms. Brenda She was truly a Godsent. She checked me in even though I was a little early. She gave me a complimentary room for my service for the night after I have abruptly fell asleep sitting on the couch waiting for my room.(had a rough shift) Even if she had not done that, I would still say the same thing in my review. There is nothing worse than being away from your family but she you can be comfortable where you lay your head even if for a day or 9 hours. NOTHING is easier on your heart when it shows up this way. Thankyou to the staff and I will be staying again 1st choice.

Clean hotel smells like freshness and remodeling the entire 2nd floor then 1st floor. Manager Ms. Brenda is awesome, Housekeeper Angelia awesome & Mickey in Maintenance is very kind. You will love it also.

We kind of always stay here when we visit Richmond. Their breakfast is good and location is great too. Reach anytime and at hotel desk, you will find a smiling face greeting you. There are some good low price restaurants around this hotel. It is very close to airport and almost 20 minutes away from Richmond Coliseum. Ample of parking space around this property.

This place is clean!! 😀Great bathrooms! They're spacious and we'll lit, which for me is a must! 🤗🤗 Friendly & Knowledgeable staff ... And a waffle maker for breakfast😉😉 .. this is my place of choice when I travel for work. Highly recommended! 🤓

Friendly staff, clean rooms, fast service, convenient location, very affordable! It’s always scary making reservations in a new area because you never know what you may get however, I can tell you, book here and you won’t be disappointed. I was so pleased by this location, on the next stop of my trip, I booked another Quality Inn. BOTH were excellent. The ONLY negative is there was no elevator, but don’t worry there’s only two floors 🙂
