Puritan Cleaners - Laburnum

Miracle workers! My dress was covered in makeup and sweat stains at the top before I brought it here and the bottom was black from dragging around the floor. When I got the dress back it was bright white and looked better than the day I got it.

Each visit I am greeted with a friendly hello and how are you doing. The service is exceptional, I am satisfied every time and my husband loves they way they take care of his dress shirts.

The customer service was great from the moment I entered the door. The clerk stopped her work and waited on me. She advised me of the date that my outfit would be ready. I received a text stating that my outfit would be pressed and ready for pick up on Friday at 5:00 PM. When I returned on Sunday for pick up I was given the same courtesy as previously. My outfit had been nicely pressed and was ready for my special occasion. I have used Puritan for many years. They take pride in their work. Way to go!!

Amazing service! I stained suede boots with candle wax brand new boots. I was distraught and going to throw them away. Someone suggested Puritan Cleaners. They were blue suede boots lol hard to find. I picked them up and was amazed at the workmanship. So if there are tough spots stains they are definitely the go to!!!! Thanks again Puritan, my first visit but not my last!

Will definitely use this Puritan Cleaners location when I need dry cleaning or any special clothing work done. They were fantastic.

Very efficient. Received my dress when promised and in a garment bag which was definitely a nice touch. The cost definitely in my budget. Superior customer service. Both personnel greeted me as I entered the door. You definitely have my business and glad you have a location in the East End.

A big shout out for Nadia. I accidentally left some cash (not coins) in my pants pocket when I dropped off my bag with clothing for cleaning today. I realized it when I got home and immediately called and spoke to Nadia. She said, Yes she had found it and set it aside for me. So kind of her and heart warming that she was so honest. She's a sweetheart and an excellent employee!

First I'd like to say thank you to Puritan cleaners for my last minute clean and press of my bridesmaid dress for my brothers wedding. I came in early Wednesday morning and the woman that helped me I believe her name was Cindy she was absolutely wonderful. Her customer service the way she helped me and her knowledge of everything was totally awesome. I now know where I can go and get top of the line service. Thank you all at Puritan I really appreciate you!

I use them regularly to clean my work uniforms. Always have a great customer service experience. And if my clothes are not pressed to my liking, they will redo and no extra charge to me. They always aim to please the customer. I been using them for well over 8 years.

What an awesome experience! This was my first time using Puritan. I only got a dressed pressed, but I was treated like a VIP. Not only was the dress pressed well and arrived back early, but I received a hand written note thanking me for my business. I will be using Puritan again and telling all of my family and friends about them.

I brought 7 garments here to get dry cleaned, and they were so fast, efficient, and friendly. Prices are reasonable. I basically paid $10 per garment, all things considered. Easy to drop off and pick up. Great place to have right down the street!
