Puritan Cleaners - Scotts Addition

LOVE THEM! Anytime I've interacted with someone, that person has been friendly, professional and efficient. I've had no problems with any of my garments. I also appreciate the text alert that lets me know when my clothes are ready, and this store is open 7 days a week. They cost a little more, but they're worth it to our family.

I’ve been to a lot of different dry cleaners but I’ve never experienced a service quite like Puritans. Top notch and so fast, but it’s beyond that. They are very welcoming to potential new customers that they can really hook you in on a first visit. I can’t imagine going anywhere else now in Richmond, VA

I can walk here from where I live, the clothes were perfect and clean for my husband! I’m definitely trusting them with all and any garments! ALSO they’re starting a laundry service for normal laundry if you need it! 10/10 would recommend!

The staff at this location went out of their way to find a jacket that went missing for a couple days. They were empathetic and determined to fix the problem before I shared with them that this particular jacket was of significant sentimental value to my family and me.

We appreciate the positive greetings and ever present professionalism. It’s nice to patronize a business that knows your name.

The staff is super polite and professional. The product I had cleaned came out better than another dry cleaners I had tried. I love the drive through experience. Puritan is awesome! Always super fast and thorough. I’ve taken jackets, suits, and comforters there and they always look great. I also like that they text you once your items are ready!

My one regret was not taking before and after photos! Brought my wedding dress in to be cleaned after a night of dancing and dragging the bottom across the ground/floor. The bottom of my dress was almost black, just absolutely filthy. Four weeks later I swear it’s whiter than when I bought it. Each associate I interacted with was professional, kind and had me in and out. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my beloved wedding dress and for a reasonable cost too. Brides, bring your wedding dresses to Puritan, you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve always had a great experience with Puritan Cleaners in Scott’s Addition. I have not been disappointed with the dry cleaner and custom service.

Puritan has the best laundry wash and fold service. Sheets, towels, etc picked up and delivered ready to put away. Can't get by without them. My dog loves them too, because she often gets left a treat by the service person. Love Puritan, makes my life easier.

Incredible customer service, very efficient, and great price point. Angela did a great job made sure I was taken care of and received notification to come pick up my items. Will be returning for my future dry cleaning needs!

First time needing dry cleaning services & Puritan cleaners was super efficient and very friendly service. I Dropped off my daughters school blazer in a panic and they had it done the following day just in time for first day of school ! Highly recommend

Finally a cleaning service that cares! I appreciate the level of service from front management all the way through this clean and welcoming store. The garment cleaning team is truly top notch - I'm always amazed that my pieces look better having visited your business. I appreciate the management listening to my needs and when needed and being gracious. If you are in Scotts Addition, and you are going anywhere else, you are missing out on some fantastic and multifaceted types of clothing care services.

I work every other week on 12 hour shifts for my week so I do not have time or energy to do all of my laundry. So I use Puritan’s wash dry fold service to I can have clean laundry and have it delivered to my door every other week.

As always good quick service quicker then I was told two weeks always delivers before the estimated time frame 😊

I had a great experience at the establishment. The ladies at the desk were super nice and very professional. The service was quick, taking only one day. I was impressed with the attention to detail – everything was clean and ironed perfectly.

I was visiting Richmond for a very sad occasion and required dry cleaning in a pinch. Sadly, I do not recall the person’s name as I was, mentally, in another space, however she was an absolute gem!! The drop-off was met with assurance that they could accommodate my needs. The quality of service for the garments was superb and the customer service was above and beyond!
