Eastern Henrico Recreation Center

Went in to Find out what they offer, receptionist was so nice and professional. Another staff walk me to the gym to take a look before deciding if I would like to sign up. The grounds are clean and well kept. They have an outdoor walking tract. Will definitely be making use of it. And I know my kids will enjoy the playground.

4 pickleball (indoor) courts. Excellent place to play pickleball. Great people (I made new friends there!)

Clean, well maintained facility, and helpful staff. Ample parking and available carts to roll in supplies. I am happy the county takes such care in maintaining this property. We had about 75 family members with room for more.

The Eastern Henrico Recreation Center presented a Health & Fitness Expo today providing informative vendors, line dancing, and as always, an engaging staff to answer all questions & address any concerns. Great facility providing excellent programs!!!

Its always clean, fun activities, and free for the public (on most events). Great way to spend time with family in a safe environment. They held a free movie screening outside playing "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" and we had a great time. I highly reccomend bringing your family there for events, or even just a good time at the little park, splash park (summer), or fields and basketball court they have.

A wonderful place to work out, take a class, play basketball or walk the track. Excellent staff, always very clean, and such a great community center!

My time at the Henrico County recreation center laburnum ave have been excellent. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and professional.

The gym is small, but there aren't a lot of people using the equipment. The morning and evening attendants are very helpful. My niece and nephew loved the splash park. We went in the morning. The other children's parents were very attentive.

The facility opportunities for people of Henrico.. they have football fields and aquatic center and. Hey gymnasium. The main building also has conference rooms.

Great place to bring the kids. For a day in the water and sun. Nice playground area as well. Always kept nice clean.

Wonderful facility. Very spacious. The water park is a great place to hang out for the afternoon and stay cool with the kids.

Great place for the kids.. a playground for those who don't like getting in the water plus it has bathrooms and a place to sit and chill.

Nice place to workout in the front track and back track. Indoor gym to play basketball and lift weights. Plus, 2 clean spaces to hold functions, and events. A neat playground with soft top, shade and splash play area for kids to play in the heat.

This recreation center is amazing! The Lily Pad Splash park is perfect for the summer time. There is a grilling area near a covered shelter by the paved Track!... there is so much to do here not to mention the fitness center and indoor basketball court. Top notch.

It is about time something like this was built on the East End. Lots of open space to walk around on nice days and the track was made of the softer terrain that made running a lot easier on my knees. I easily got in 3 miles in less than 1 hour. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Young and old can have a blast here, but be mindful it's really only a kid's area. It would be lovely if the bathroom were cleaner, we need to respect the facility and understand stand that your not at home, so flush and clean up after yourself .

The splash park is great for my little ones. I wish they had more seating on that side though and it would be nice if the neches had a back since parents often sit for long periods on it while their kids are playing.

I'm loving this track. It's clean, clear of debris and so far no dogs. I'm told it's surface is made of rubber. Very comfortable for getting your walk or run on.
