I live in Opal Towers Condominium and want to give praise to the AKAM team that works there. I’m a real estate agent and I work with many different associations. No other association management has come close to the excellent service I’ve received at Opal. Jonathan Champion, the manager, is always quick, responsive, and professional. The present time has been particularly challenging for our building with large scale construction projects needing to be completed. 5 Stars all around for the front desk team at NuRiver Landing Condominium! It’s always a pleasure walking into NuRiver. Adam, Winston and Taniyah are so welcoming, and always have smiles on their faces! Additionally, GEN ADAMS is amazing! I recently bumped into her in the lobby, and I was so excited because I thought she returned as the Condo Building Manager. I learned she had been promoted to a Regional Vice President, and oversees NuRiver Landing and other condominiums. Bravo to her! She is the best in the condo management field. All she touches turns to gold.

I’m a South Florida realtor and have been to many properties to show my clients. I will forever praise EXCELLENT customer service! During my last visit at Bay Park Towers, I was able to receive the best hospitality from the property manager Tania, she is such a sweetheart and very knowledgeable of the property and the area. Super helpful and has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered. That building would be nothing without her! I’m so satisfied with knowing that Amazing people still exist!

From what I've observed at Bay Park Towers, Michael seems like a solid manager. He has a good way of communicating with his team and keeping things on track. Overall, he seems like he's doing a good job managing operations there.

I am a plumbing contractor and we deal with a lot of property management companies. Dawn Johnson & Mark Palmiotto are the best of the best. Very easy and straight forward to deal with. They pay attention to detail and have always handled every situation with the most professionalism even in an emergency when dealing with difficult residents.
