as a Christian woman.. I am confident that it was the lord how lead me to first rent. they are truly a God sent. everyone in the office is very nice and professional. they really make sure that they do everything they can to meet your needs. you don't really hear many people say something positive about their landlord. but I can definitely say that I am thankful, grateful, and more than pleased with first rent. ( I gave 5 stars because 10 wasn't an option)

Hi, my mother and I have been good tenants for the past two years now. I recently was having some issues with the entire plumbing in my bathroom, it was a disaster. I was frustrated that my landlord lives overseas so I had no way of contacting them to fix the imminent bathroom problem, but thankfully First Rent was able to contact the property owner and be the spokesperson for me. They were attentive throughout the entire process and they were able to send a plumber immediately to fix the toilet. Thank you guys I know we were a lot to deal with, but I appreciate all your help.

I will say that this company was very helpful in aiding a client stay in her place. They bent over backwards were very understanding and accommodating! I sincerely appreciate them because a lot of companies wouldn't have extended themselves the way they did for her to be able to stay in her home. Thanks again!
