In response to the last review, I was standing there and watched the whole thing unfold. From my perspective, their wifi was down and they couldn't take cards including returns. Taylor kept a smile on her face, but was firm in that the return couldn't happen. She even offered this lady an extended return period. I'm just disgusted at the way people can twist a narrative. I have been to this location, Destin, and countless other Old Time Pottery's and I will say that Taylor has always provided the best customer service. I've never met a happier, more bubbly individual. Her laugh alone is contagious. In fact, she is one of the main reasons I continue to shop in stores. I'm a little old-fashioned and Amazon is not my thing. I have even tried to get her to work for me. I hope this negative review gets removed. I am appalled at the lies.

Wonderful variety of anything you really need at a great price! I bought a table cloth, cloth napkins, round placemats, a cute flip family/gather/love/dream block and a faith decoration and I love it all!

Amazing Experience! An Employee by the employee name of Summer and Deja really did help me today! They were hard workers who wrapped up my rug with joy and happiness. They are good at decorating and helping me pick out sirens for my new living room! 10/10 would recommend these two to anyone!

Always a great find at Old Time Pottery. One word of advice, if you see it and like it... You better buy it! We rarely see things we like and come back and they are still there. Some of the prices can be a bit over inflated but they usually have pretty good sales. They also have a military and veteran discount so that helps too.

Offering a large browsing experience, the Pensacola location is expansive in goods which allows for visitors to find everything they're needing to decorate their living spaces. If searching for home goods, I definitely recommend to browse through this store.

Good quality items at a good prices. Also cheaper than walmart. The cashiers. & staff are friendly & helpful. They are not snooty or anything else. On a rating of 1 to 10. I would have to give them a 10.

Today we went in search of flower pots and were not disappointed. There is some cheap junk and there are also good deals. You just have to know what you're getting into and use your best judgment.

Pretty decent place, I tried to take a poop but while in the stall two employees were listening in on my bowel movements. I guess I gotta give them credit on their concern about my stools.

Very nice staff and the cashier went above and beyond to get me bags big enough to put my humongous dog bed in so it didn’t get drenched in the storm.
