Fishtales

I had the grilled catfish and shrimp it was delicious. The Little hush puppies are fantastic. The sea monsters are great. The prices are reasonable. The service is exceptional!! I would highly recommend this restaurant. It has something for everyone.

I had the combo platter jumbo shrimp and whitefish with slaw and mac n cheese. Everything was good except,
*The mac n cheese was not all that, also the hush puppies were more like chickpea size with no real flavor.

After moving to NE Tennessee 8 years ago, we've been on a quest to find a good, reasonable seafood restaurant. Yesterday was our day! We went to Norton for a different reason and found Fishtales in the same location. Hub went in to see what it was all about while I waited in the car. I decided to see as well and met him coming out the door with a takeout menu. Looked at my watch, it was noon so we headed back in for lunch. What a gem!! He ordered a platter, I ordered a cod sandwich. They came out quick and hot. His platter was massive and he couldn't finish it all. Service was excellent, our server very friendly and upbeat, the place was decorated perfectly for what it is. The food was delicious! Not fried to a crisp and our taste buds danced with delight!! The price, for what we received was beyond reasonable! Thank you Fishtales, we have finally found our place!!

1ST TIME - Fresh, delicious flounder fish, cat fish crab cakes, hush puppies, shrimp and fries. Friendly efficient servers.

Just went for the 2nd time. My husband loved the fried catfish dinner. I enjoyed a grilled checken salad. LARGE PORTIONS!

The food was delicious! Our server was awesome he went out of his way to keep us happy! The raw oysters tasted fresh and the catfish was amazing! Also the baby hush puppies were amazing, I have never seen hush puppies that small but it sure did pack a good punch!

Oh my goodness if I could leave 10 stars I would!! Fishtales was such a treat!! Our waitress Heather was fantastic and so friendly! The food was absolutely delicious and fresh!! And the restraunt itsself was such a cool atmosphere! Family friendly and spotless!! We drove over an hour to get here and it was worth every second!!

Stopped in on the way back from Indianapolis and definitely a hideaway spot! The food was delicious! The fried was not greasy and have wonderful flavor! Highly recommend stopping by this hidden gem! Staff is friendly!

You won't find a better seafood restaurant in this area! It had been a long time since I had last visited Fishtales, but the food was just as good as I remembered. I highly recommend the fried seafood platter. The fried scallops are delicious. The macaroni and cheese is my favorite side, my kids loved it. I believe I will try the crab pot on my next visit.

Food is great and reasonably priced. The service tends to be slow especially if you have a group

Great seafood place to eat. Well worth the money! Delicious food that came out fast, super nice waitress. Would deffinatly reccomend to anyone who wants good seafood in a relaxed setting with great service. 5/5 will be back
