Taco Bell

This the my favorite location. The food quality can be hit or miss. I ordered through the Taco Bell App. Food was hot, fresh, tasty and accurate and even indicated which one was fresco.

I ordered the $5 cravings box. Chalupa was crispy and filled with fresh ingredients. Taco was crunchy with the add on onions. Burrito was full and wrapped nicely.

Best Taco Bell in St Louis. They are fast friendly and get my admittedly slightly annoying order correct every time. The staff here should win an award.

There drive thru moves reasonably fast, every time i've ever been there. They don't shut down in the middle of the day like other fast food in the area often does, and best of all your order is almost always correctly made. Customer service is better than their competitors. One of the best fast food locations in the area.

Had the hard and soft toccos and they where good and didn't upset my belly! I hadn't eaten tocco bell for at least 7 YEARS ! I visited the location on South Hampton! My 4yr. Old grand baby was very pleased! She ate like an adult!🙂

Just got done eating my drive-thru order. Food was hot and fresh. The woman working the window was really nice and pleasant. I had a $30 order and it only took a few minutes. I was missing my chips for the cheese dip…it was for my dog and she was disappointed:-(.

Considering the location, everything was great. I usually have to go to the county to get this kind of service.

I was on a mission for free food, this day, after spending hours on public transit and at doctor visits. Taco Bell offers a couple options for freebies when signing up for their online ordering experience. I chose the beefy 5 layer burrito... It was delicious.

None of that is what makes this store stand out. From the moment I approached the building, the team here acknowledged my presence, offered assistance getting in the door (I'm in a wheelchair), and went above and beyond making sure I was able to order my food and even gave me a drink to go with the burrito. The real feather in their cap is they appeared to be this cordial with all customers coming to their store. Hats off to this crew.

Busy place, but they get it done! Best Taco Bell around STL. They hustle to get your order right and ready fast. There was one person running the counter and making food at the same time, and he was killing it: what an amazing person. It amazes me how capable some people are, and how they can feed so many people. This is a true blessing of our modern day: to be able to feed so many. Feed the world and you can't go wrong. Go to this Taco Bell because some of the other locations around here are not capable of getting it done.

Best Taco Bell in STL - food and service

I know it's cliche to rate fast food, but this place has earned it's five star rating. The staff is always friendly and helpful, ready to provide extra Diablo sauce packets upon request. I have never received an incorrect order here either. The inside is clean and I've never had to wait a long time for my order!

It's taco bell! I mean come on who doesn't like it! Get the wild strawberry lemonade it's a delicious slushy drink! Staff was always friendly to me
And even tho they were probably in the middle of a shift change, but they served me my one drink and I was super excited!! Good customer service ratings is a huge plus for me bc it's rare these days. Keep it up yall don't let me down Taco Bell!!

I rarely write reviews. I work in the service industry. I wanted to write this review to give a shout out to the gentlemen who frequently works the drive through window late night. Exemplary customer service. Great attitude. Makes you want to smile. My order is always correct and quick service even when line gets long. Impressive!

While we were there we overheard the manager telling their staff they had top times recently. The manager gave food as a reward. The excellent management shown through in our food as it was made very well especially compared to other Taco Bells in the area.

Exceptional Service!

It is so common to give excuses for bad service and to expect to be let down with customer service. I was so impressed with the positivity of the drive thru associate. He put a smile on my face because he was so pleasant and kind. He is a rare gem!

James in the drive through was amazing! Awesome bubbly personality. The staff in the last two months really have been so friendly and pleasant. Just thought I’d pass that on! It’s nice to go through a drive through and have such a nice experience. Y’all rock.

Love that anything can be made vegetarian!
