Augusta Woods Manufactured Home Park

Hello! My Husband and I are currently got approved for a home in the Augusta Woods Community. We have currently been working with Alexander Romano and he has been so thorough and always willing to explain the process and explanation of things as this is our first time ever owning our own home. We hope to be living in our own home soon in the Augusta Woods Community and I highly suggest anyone looking for a reliable and great financial experience to contact Alexander. I am trying to buy a single unit to live the rest of my life, the unit was well taken care of by the last owner. It cleaned up great, and, to me, looks almost new. The price was great on the unit. The only downfall to me is the lot fee every month, at $455.00 a month seems high to me, and we take care of the property. I will live with this. Other than that, I am happy, any body know where I can get a part time job to cover the lot fee? Just kidding I think I already found one!

I am moving in too Augusta woods and a big reason is because Alexander Romano has been so kind and generous with his time. We should all be more like him. It has been a wonderful having him as a manager. I am grateful for all he is doing for me to make this transition smooth.

I found the sales staff helpful and knowledgeable above and beyond expectations. Alexander and Gabby are a credit to the company and continue the excellent customer service after the sales process was completed. Very clean quiet community. 55 and over area. Caitlyn is the best. We picked out our home 8 months ago and it came in a month ago. There were several mistakes on the home and Caitlyn has worked tirelessly to get things taken care of and corrected. We now have a very short timeline and she is on top of it. I would definitely buy through her on site.
