Richard and his team are the absolute best- I've been working with them since I opened my business in October 2013. As a business owner, things often get hectic day to day but I feel comfortable and confident knowing that Richard's main concern is my company's bottom line! Plus they have some awesome technology so even though we are far away, we can go over all of the paperwork together as if we were in the same room. I'd 100% recommend Richard Kagan and his team!

This is good for those just becoming New Agency Owners!

I met with Richard in his office on 2/25/19. Provided copies of tax papers for my parents, myself, and my daughter. Richard lost my parents papers. He would not answer phone call or reply to emails. My daughters and my own return were not completed till 4/14 and 4/15. As of this date I do not know if my parent's return for 2018 was ever filed.

Phone is always disconnected when I try to reach him.
