Buckle

Love this store. We spend a lot of money here but the clothes are worth it as well as the customer service. When we came here on Saturday, James spent a solid hour helping my husband find shirts and pants that fit him; he even knew which type to look for to suit his size (and style). Great shopping experience!
I'll be back to buy some boots that I now wish I had bought while we were there(lol).

I'm SO thankful that the girl I happened to run into & that helped me was a totally DOLL, professional & was "ON IT & ON POINT" from getting personal issue of being Petite, also have had 2 kids, many surgeries & am 40. That said Im not what I used to be, but don't need to be in a moo-moo either😏,(thankfully!) So with HIGH WAISTED EVERYTHING has been on a steady incline & doesn't look like it's going anywhere... I did a little research before going into Buckle as to what may work best for me, @ 5'2" & 160 lbs, which the Levi's premium 501 is what I kept seeing online & she immediately went to them as I was explaining what I've just shared...she was GREAT! Carmen was A PLEASURE to work with & I look forward to getting a 2nd pair of Levi's from HER again soon❣ Also, I did get 2 pair of their Buckle Brand Jeans. The Payton I tried & were GREAT but too long, but BUCKLE had a wonderful deal that they'll hem your pants for free & pick them up within 5 days or less!! I could see NO lines where the pants had been altered & whoever they have doing that does a phenomenal job🙌!! So in all I got 3 pair of jeans, & 2 one of a kind tops🤩 Carmen was GREAT & the staff was as well as they also kept a cosmetic bag I'd just purchased @ Dillard's safe w them... I asked if they could keep it until I came to pick up my jeans & they DID 🥰 No Problems/ confusion etc! So MANY thanks to Carmen & BUCKLE!! Casey Marie!! This is mine and my husbands favorite Buckle location. We actually bought some stuff at another location and it didn't fit right, then we visited this location and loved everything we purchased. They have exclusive clothing and shoes that you can't get anywhere else. All the staff is super friendly and helpful and Christy the manager is the sweetest and is doing an amazing job with the store. She makes sure to interact with the customers to make sure people keep coming back. Will definitely keep shopping here.

Let me start by saying CHRISTY is the most friendliest, patient manager I’ve ever dealt with. I was on the fence about a pair of boots and after talking to her for just a few minutes, I knew i wasn’t walking out of there without them. She made me feel so welcome and important.
It was refreshing to be in a store of any kind and leave totally satisfied! Do. Not. Hesitate to shop at Buckle and ask for the store manager Christy!

Amazing experience! It was my first time buying here and Marlen was the best to help me to find a good pair of jeans for work and for daily basis use! She was so good and friendly. Definitely coming back!

I have to give huge props to the girl who helped me today, Kylea. She was incredibly patient with me while I shopped for jeans (it can be tricky!) and helped me find some more stuff that matched my style in my favorite brand. All in all it took about 45 minutes and she was SO patient and enthusiastic. Huge thanks to her!!!

The two ladies helping me out today got me into a perfect pair of jeans and the main sales rep was super sweet and attentive. This store is fully stocked with sizes including lengths and I will definitely be going back to shop again soon!

This is my NEW, go to clothing store for my name brand jeans that are sometimes not that easy to find. I like certain Rock Revival jeans and since I've found out that this place carries them. I will be checking in more to see the new styles.

I can not say enough good things about this store. Tanya (seasonal) and Justine (she runs that store like she owns it!) were just outstanding. They took their time with me and had so much patience. I’m so indecisive I put my clothes back and then later on went back in to grab them. I called and they held it for me. Everyone can learn something from Justine. Wish I could visit here more often!

Carla was the one who helped us from the moment we walked in and it was easily the best experience I’ve ever received at the mall. She genuinely took her time to see what we were looking for. Me and my boyfriend were having a date night and needed some nice jeans and she helped us find the PERFECT jeans for the outfit he wanted and she was just so kind and patient and you could feel that she really was invested in making sure we were happy. I cannot stress enough how amazing of a worker she is and that is what made our experience so amazing. Idk if you can advocate for someone to get a raise on google, but PLEASE GIVE CARLA A RAISE! She is definitely the reason I would come back

My husband and I visited this Buckle from out of town. From the moment we walked in McKenzie was really helpful and nice. She was patient with the both of us(mainly me) as we tried on clothes and was always there to help me if things didn't fit just right. When we decided to go back later, we were met by her once again ready and willing to help us with whatever we needed. As we left my husband and I both agreed that we had never experienced any kind of customer service like the one that she provided us with.

The manager was so helpful helping me find a perfect outfit for my birthday. I am not up to date on fashion and every time I walk in the help me to find the best outfit. I can't rave about them more. I go there first for all my clothes.

Came in with my mom today looking for a nice, thin hoodie. Tori and the other staff were super nice and went out of their way to help us find what we were looking for. And the store has some very cute stuff! I will definitely be shopping here again.

Buckle is my "go to" store and I shop them, literally all over the country. Excellent brands. Excellent value. Excellent selection. This store rates at the top of my favorite Buckle stores to shop at. Friendly and attentive staff. Great experience!!

My husband and I went in there last night for the first time to buy some cool clothes for our tattoo convention,I've never been treated so nice by staff members in a department store before, I ended up spending almost 1,000 just cause the guy was so helpful, sorry I can't remember his name, but I think Sebastopol could be wrong there were only 3 working one was a female, we are from Alabama, but we travel here often,and I will only shop at this store from here on out..keep up the good work guys.
