My husband and I have cherished this gem since we first started dating, a tradition spanning over a decade. The staff is very attentive & over the years we have gotten to know them. They always ask about our family or remember something we have shared in the past. It’s truly a community in here. If you are looking for delicious authentic Cuban food, this is a must visit!

Best Cuban food in the area! Morro Castle is a hidden gem at the heart of Hialeah. The food is flavourful and made fresh, and the place is very well kept and inviting. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. Thank you for your hospitality always!

My friends grew up right by here and ate here weekly as kids, even delivery. They told me we had to go, and it is the BEST experience I've ever had in S FL. The food, service and atmosphere is unmatched 💛 I'll def be back!!!

Since my first time visiting Morro Castle in 1991, it NEVER disappoints! It' is consistent in its dishes, its flavors and even some of its staff who've been there 12, 15 and 30 years, which says a lot about ownership. Morro is a South Florida must-stop!

Hands down, best hot chocolate and churros! Been coming here since I can remember and it’s always a highly satisfying experience! Such a nostalgic place if you’re from around here. It’s always worth the wait and the service never disappoints.

The best restaurant in Miami. The food is amazing. The service is amazing. They used to only accept cash but now they will even take Apple Pay. I am glad the quality of this restaurant is so good after all these years. No joke. It’s the best in Miami.

This place is WONDERFUL!!!! Gosh its a great feeling to go somewhere to have a great meal and extraordinary service.. Not to mention the owner Leo is friendly and easy going... The whole experience was unexpected and delightful.. Can't say enough about the staff.. Everyone and everything was on point...they even had relics from a bygone era of which makes you feel right at home.. DEFINITELY recommend this place.By the way they only accept CASH but if you dont have any on hand they do have an atm in house.

A true Hialeah Cuban dining experience. I’ve been eating here since I was little kid in the 80s. It hasn’t changed one bit! The kitschy FL map menus! The mural! The batidos!!! The memories!!!! Never change, Morro Castle!

Breakfast in Hialeah is either a make it or break it thing. With this statement and after trusting our Google hunch device (ratings) we end up in Morro Castle. At the very get go they got 5 stars but, you must earn them. And they did it. This is how: Person acknowledge activated, no pressure, great menu options, lots of smiles, food on time and delicious, follow up, and then we met the owner Mr. Leo. A true and blue gentleman humble and imploding in knowledge of places and experience. However there was one item that captured our attention and was nothing more and nothing less than an original newspaper article framed for over 50 years of the Titanic. This alone was worth the experience. Not to mention the balance on the decoration and music. For these extraordinary points we are honored to see great Hialean places making a difference in the world service. Thx Leo!

I went there for the Elena Cruz sandwich which was great! Be sure to ask for ham instead of turkey as the meat in the sandwich for an Cubano hit of flavour. I always sit at the bar and get scrambled eggs on the side and Cuban coffee to wash it down. Excellent, genuine Cuban experience in the heart of Miami!

Always a ten for breakfast, lunch and dinner is good too but my usual is breakfast and that’s always bomb!
