I always love Ross locations, the employees here are always friendly, IDK why people are saying they aren't. No one has been rude to me, or given me any sort of rude look. Any ways the management is quick to respond, the employees are knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this location. Plus there is so much to do in the plaza.
