Justin and Kristy did our taxes this year and it was one of the best experiences we have ever had! They had us upload all our docs beforehand, had it all prepped and ready when we showed up and then walked us through what we had! They are the greatest at this and we will use them every year and tell everyone we know to do the same! We cannot say enough about how amazing Pack Tax is at what they do. A coworker recommended Pack Tax to me and I am so grateful that I was able to make a (very) last minute appointment. Kennedy helped me and was so wonderful and patient despite me being a bit disorganized/unprepared. Everything was over zoom, which was very convenient. The process was quick and very informative. I’m extremely satisfied with everything. I’ll most definitely be returning next year!

Once we were welcomed back into the office with our agent, we had everything ready to file in a matter of about 15 minutes. We were able to get a bigger refund than the "Old Big Green" would have ever been able to get us. They allowed us to get everything ready and let us pay to file on our payday (which helped us out). And, they are quite a bit less expensive than the "Old Big Green" as well, which is a bit nicer on the wallet! The overall atmosphere is kind and welcoming as well. I'm going to be recommending this place to everyone I know from now on.

This was our second year going to pack tax and they are amazing!! We love Matt, he saw an error on the way we were going to report our dependants and got our college son an extra thousand $ back on his taxes. Pack tax is a 5 star service, just go!!!

Pack tax is the best! Although this time of the year is a bit painful, Pack Tax makes short work of our taxes! This year they helped me with our personal, our business, and I managed to squeeze both of my parents individual tax preparation in the same appointment. This was our first year using a tax preparation firm, we just retired and had a lot of activity in converting our 401k to an Ira. Pack tax has an efficient system for collecting multiple tax forms, which made the process go smoothly- they also were able to handle a family trust tax return for us - Kennedy helped us with understanding what was needed for the trust. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! My parents go to them. After arguing with the spouse over the years, I said enough. SO HAPPY WITH THEM! No fuss, no muss! Matthew Bell is thorough and quick. I had 4 incomes across two states and he nailed it. Although I now live in TX, he’ll stay my accountant! The best since I started filing in 1979.

Kristy as always does a very thorough job and explains things really well. Since I recently retired she also helped us tax plan for 2024 since we will be accessing IRA's as part of our income. I highly recommend Pack Tax for anyone needing tax planning and tax preparation.
