Alan Dubrow is extremely rude, unprofessional, and egotistical. He does not know ask the appropriate questions for those he is working with and acts as if he knows it all.

He does not take ownership on mistakes made & I would highly recommend doing your taxes alone and learning as you go as opposed to seeking his help.

Grossly overcharged! This firm unfortunately has a very dishonest feel. One partner charged me an exhorbitant rate, and when I protested, the other partner reduced it significantly, but it was still ridiculous. They wanted to charge $125 an hour for a secretary to copy some documents. Unbelievable.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Sent emails out months ago asking for updates on important info for the following year, with no response. Called in today and was blown away by the unprofessionalism. Staff needs serious attitude adjustments.
