AT&T Store

I had an absolutely incredible experience at this location. I have been to many other AT&T stores, but this far and away is the best one. Aislinn and her manager were so very helpful solving multiple issues for me in a quick and professional manner. I have other stores closer to my house but I will drive out of my way just to get to this particular location!! Thank you so much. You have earned my loyalty for years to come!!

I have to say this place is great! We had a wonderful experience here. My husband and I worked with Taha and he was excellent!! We purchased a new phone and Taha explained exactly what we needed and was extremely patient…even put everything together for us to get started and made sure the phone was operating properly before we left the store. Taha was patient and explained everything clearly and was wonderful!!

Christopher always makes my experience there so amazing. I am beyond thankful, the entire team is so welcoming and always make sure they solve my issues. The manager there always goes above and beyond. However it is because of them that I am a satisfied customer. Thank you for treating me with respect and for always making sure I get the best service.

The Person who helped me was very sweet and such a nice person who made the experience great but I forgot his name! Hes a tall , tan man with curly hair and glasses.. He has so much patience. Before I went to this store.l I went to another one and there was a woman who worked there who had the most terrible nasty attitude. But I'm sure glad I went to the one I did after, because the experience was a million times better! They even played baby music on the speaker because I was trying to keep my newborn asleep.

This is by far the best customer service anyone can ask for in a retail store. I have visited many atnt store but this one is truly the best.
The manager billy and Ana and the rest of the staff are so friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable while meeting your needs. I went there with my son who’s 13 and wants me to drop him off anytime just to hang out with the staff. We got new phones and left the store with the biggest smile on our faces What’s very interesting is while visiting other customers would compliment them as well.
Keep it up guys . You are all awesome. That s my new store and will recommend to my friends and family..

My experience with Dino and Saed was quite remarkable. This office along with Chris has always addressed and assuaged my concerns on a timely basis. Please note that the aforementioned young men are an asset to your organization.

This AT&T store is by far the best. The employees here are great, very attentive and helpful. Anytime I ever have a question about my services with AT&T I go see Frank there. Such a nice guy, really takes the time to help with any needs!! The staff are all nice.

Came in this morning with my grandmother who needed some help with her phone. Billy and Anna were so patient and kind to her. They really were great and the problem was solved quickly and calmly. Very happy with the service received!

I needed to upgrade my iPhone and associate Dustin was very nice and helpful. He kindly offered to transfer all my data to new phone. Great service!

Great store experience. The technician, Oscar Buenhbre, that helped me was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. He tried several options to help resolve the issue and we ultimately came to a resolution where I'm completely satisfied.

For all to know Marline barthelemy at coral springs on the corner of university and westveiw provided the best spontaneous service anyone could request AT&T provides good service but marine well beyond the call of duty and she's good looking also. Ryan and Saed are a big help everytime I visit.

Billy and his coworkers are doing a great job make you feel welcome and are very good with kids. They help me save money on my bill and get new phone. Great customer service

Very helpful, I switched to AT&T last month and my phone was having problems connecting to the internet. I went in and it was fixed within 15 minutes. Great staff, I definitely recommend coming here.

I have been in many att stores, but this one in particular is the best. The employees are very helpful and the manager will always open to help you with everything.
