Coral Springs Family Health and Surgery Center

Today was my first experience with Cleveland Clinic and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The staff are kind, compassionate, organized and overall my appointment could not have gone smoother. If I could give 10 stars I would. Both my nurse and doctor were so patient and answered all my questions and asked all the right questions. I felt so taken care of and this was truly the first time in my 37 years I had a gyn that made me feel this way. My doctor was Dr. Danielle Rice for anyone else searching for an absolute calming and caring experience.

I recently had the unfortunate need of CC’s urgent care. When I arrived I was treated respectfully and kindly. I had to wait from 10:00 am until after 1 to see the doctor. I didn’t expect to have to wait that long but I did. There was an emergency situation that morning and this caused a delay for everybody. When I was seen by the practitioner, I was given an apology, treated without being rushed and received a clear explanation to aid in my problem of extreme pain. We want immediate in our belief of entitlement,but that’s not always possible. I think also about the changes in CC since I started coming to the clinic and the care received varies. But I have options if I don’t get what I want. When I stopped getting what I feel meets my standards I’ll find somewhere else to go. But the doctors, practitioners, nurses, and other clinical teams who are caring and have helped me heal, outweigh those who don’t give the quality of care we deserve. By the way thank you Marco. Had a visit this morning for my hand. Very clean facility. Very friendly staff. My nurse Hutch, a total gentleman. Very nice, professional and courteous. My Dr. P.A. Ketty Díaz, was super. Very nice, sweet and professional. Excellent bedside manners. Highly recommended.

I have been looking for a new office for my Gyno and I have finally found it. Fast and easy check in process. I saw Mrs.Rice she was wonder full and very informative answered all my questions. Defiantly going back to her and this office.

Had my first visit at this Cleveland Clinic today for a mammogram, and was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted upon entering and the check in process was easy, employees were very informative. I was apprehensive about this visit (mammograms are uncomfortable) but the imaging technician Jenise Morales was friendly and put me at ease . She was so efficient that my test was over quickly. I’ll definitely schedule future visits at this location!

This Mammogram was the best experience I have ever had in the past 5 years! Everyone knows it’s an uncomfortable test but when you are greeted with a friendly cheerful smile, kindness and very sweet face it definitely helps. She was so kind walking me through every step and made the whole process as comfortable as can be! I was also in and out within 15 mins. Excellent service and very professional.

Love Cleveland Clinic Doctors really care about you! Best in the world in my opinion!

So far so good for my first time here. Nice and modern facility and the nurses and doctors were super friendly to the point where I felt I was being treated like a friend to them rather than some random stranger/patient. I love the check in kiosks they have which direct you which floor to go to.

Had a primary care checkup with Dr. Matthew Goldman, and had the best experience I've ever had at a primary care visit. He is very kind, respectful, and thorough, I highly recommend Dr. Goldman to anyone. Appointment was at 10am, I was seen at 0955 and the process was very quick, all concerns were addressed plus more.

I recently had a procedure done at this location and I can assure you that it is a great place to go for your medical needs.
From the check in team to the medical team all express concern and care for your needs!

Had some issues with insurance on the insurance company side of things, Jonathan V was an excellent resource for navigating the issue and explaining the follow up. Overall excellent service from him even if the medical service in question was unable to be performed.

Dr Matthew Goldman - Cleveland Clinic Coral Springs is exceptional. He is extremely thorough in explaining medical related matters. He shows genuine care and concern for his patients. If you are looking for a primary care physician, Dr. Goldman is the best. I am so impressed with how in depth he goes into explaining medical issues. It is refreshing to have a Doctor that believes in helping patients understand critical issues and how it impacts their health. I can't say enough good things about Dr Goldman and his staff. They are the Best Team to have if you are looking for exceptional medical care and treatment. Also, Dr. Goldman advocates keeping a journal and tracking progress. This is so important when monitoring your health. I am thankful that Cleveland Clinic Coral Springs has Dr. Matthew Goldman on the medical team. He is exceptional and one of the best Medical Doctors in South Florida!

Super clean very friendly staff, I went with a friend who was having a outpatient ambulatory procedure.

Check in was painless and a very quick process, they let me go into the back area where they prep you for whatever procedure you're having, they have quite a few different Medical specialties under One roof.

Again I was just very impressed with the cleanliness and the efficiency of this facility and would definitely look to go here for an ambulatory procedure.

We took our family member in for a scheduled procedure this morning with Dr. Lo Menzo, two Lymphomas were removed. We went in bright and early and were well received, also we immediately noticed how well kept it was. We were sent upstairs to the third floor and our family member was prepped quickly. The entire staff was on their game. We didn't languish in a dark corner for hours on end as one might in another facility. After the procedure she was well cared for by several nurse's until being discharged. Hat's off to a very proffesional staff with great bed side manner, and for taking time to make sure we understood the after care. Thank you!

Made an appointment for my mother with ease. My mother raved about her visit. Very thorough. My father commented on the parking and efficiency. He was pleased to "get in and out" without delays or obstacles. Will be seeing and recommending others to see Dr Barry Peskin in six months or so. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

I have been to this facility quite a few times for various appointments pre and post Covid. The staff has always been very friendly, timely and informative. This last visit was for a procedure with Gastroenterologist, Gloria Francis. She is an incredible physician, who takes her time during an appointment, answers all questions and explains in great detail. During this visit the team that was assigned to my care consisted of Stephanie, Tinker, Andre, Karen A., Maria and JP. Stephanie called prior to my appointment, providing all the necessary pre-pocedure details and helped me during my visit. Maria was the first person I came in contact, as she checked me in for my visit. Tinker was wonderful in establishing an IV, with one small poke and it being almost completely pain free. Andre insured I had a wonderful nap :) and Karen A and JP also assisted to ensure a successful procedure. A huge thank you to this amazing Cleveland Clinic Team! I appreciate all of the kindness and care you provided.

What a great tech Leslie is in the Mammogram dept. I will definitely be back to this location and hope it will always be like this. She is gentle fast and kind which helps with these types of tests! Thank you

My daughter is seeing Dr. Nogueras and we have experienced wonderful care and support throughout this entire ordeal. I want to give a shout out to Nina in the Coral Springs office. She has been a lifesaver! She has provided us with top notch, genuine care that has been appreciated more than she will ever know. It is nice to see medical care providers that have authentically been called to serve others take their responsibilities to the next level. Keep up the great work, guys!!!

Went to see Dr. Juan Guzman. There was plenty of parking. Appointment was on a Thurs at 1:45 pm. I was back at my car by 3pm, including testing and immediate results. Dr spent several minutes educating me about my condition and options of treatment. Receptionist, nurse, and physician were nice, professional, efficient and effective. Highly recommended.

i was very much impressed at the professional and friendly environment. nice and clean, as it should be since it's brand new. what impressed me most was the fast and curtious intake; the fact i only had to sign two (2) authorization papers, instead of the dozens usually required. it took maybe 5 minutes. no waiting at all. the friendy nurse came and took me to the examining room. a couple of minutes there and then the doctor came. examined my hand and ordered an ex-ray. 5 minutes later, i was diagnosed and partly treated, secured a hand splint and a prescription for the drugstore. out the door. great job..
