I took my baby for his ear exam and the staff check in and back office and audiology tech were very pleasant. The set up for the babies testing was very cute and efficient it was not scary and they incorporated props to ensure the little ones visual acuity lines up with the speakers to definitely react to their sensory responses.
We were in and out.

We took our baby in for an audiology exam today and had a really pleasant experience. everything was great from check in to check out. staff is friendly, office is clean, was checked in and ween pretty quick. Roberta did her exam and she was great and informative. Front office lady (missed her name) was very sweet. overall great experience. not always do you have that a doctors appointment like that so definitely need to give a good review when you do

Jacqueline at the front desk in Coral springs was so professional and nice. She was so friendly to my three year old who wanted to keep talking to her (we don't get out much due to covid). The audiologist Rita was also very professional. She was patient with us since my three year old was not too cooperative of the instructions and I had to wait for my husband to come and help. She was very accommodating. This is my fourth time here and I have always had a good experience with this company. I highly recommend them! Thank you!

Ms. Jacqueline at the front desk is amazing. Very courteous, professional, and response time is quick via email or telephone. The audiologist was knowledgeable and patient with my 3 year old.

I absolutely love coming to see Roberta! She’s always super helpful and accommodating whenever I need her. I never have to wait long for my appointments too. I recommend everyone to go see Audiology Associates of South Florida for any hearing tests, aids, and service!

Although my grandson is on the Austistic Spectrum and Very Sensory Sensitive, the staff was very understanding and helpful with me as the Grandmother. This was my first visit with Dr Roberta Randel,, she took time to go over everything with me, explained step-by-step for my hearing test. The office was very clean. Practice social distance, the staff were very helpful. I would recommend the doctor and the staff very highly.

This is a full-service audiology practice. The staff is friendly and helpful. My audiologist is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They make the whole process of obtaining and maintaining your hearing aids easier. I also like their location right off University Drive in Coral Springs. I couldn't be happier withy hearing-related services.

My husband and my 2 year old son went to this office for a hearing test. Nurit Haft was performing the tests and she went above and beyond the call of duty to test my son. She was trying to work with my son any way she could even though he wasn't very cooperative. What a caring and committed doctor! Thank you!

Very friendly and professional staff! I went to the Coral Springs office for an evaluation for my son with definite sensitivities and they were great with helping him stay comfortable/calm throughout the process.

Dr. Vanessa was awesome with my little guy and had a lot of paitence for him. The person who does scheduling was a bit rough around the edges altough I dont believe it was intentional, but defenitly could be improved upon to maintaince a level of professionalism. Overal, we were very happy with our experience!

We have had a long journey of trying to find the right Doctor for our 6 year old sons hearing loss issues. Dr Sarah and her staff are awesome, they talk to him instead of at him and really care about how he is progressing.He actually likes coming to the office and that has never been the case at other places.
