My wife kickboxes. We have spent a long time looking for a luxury boxing glove charm to add to her bracelet. None fit the bill. Of course, I find exactly what I want (how do you make a boxing glove into an elegant jewelry piece??) online. The problem: it’s 2200 miles away and it’s 12/15. Good luck getting that by Christmas, I thought. Well, it’s December 20th, and here it is! And I even added a special request about the loop. I received prompt email replies to dial in my order. It’s perfect, and it’s beautiful. My wife will love it. I need to keep her happy (she’s a kickboxer after all!), and Sziro will put a smile on her face every time she gazes at her charm. My custom made ring came out Amazing!!! I literally was screaming in the show room when I saw my new ring. We have been going to John and Kelly for many years , they definitely are a great team, all very professional , including the staff , very trustworthy, and very knowledgeable about jewelry. When doing a custom piece they really listen and work with you. It’s so important because the end result is on my finger and I absolutely love it!!

Family Crucifix
I’ve been looking for this particular crucifix for over a year at various other jewelry stores around the states, Guam, Hawaiian Islands and where it was purchased by great grandparents in Italy. I came across Sziro Jewelry Store and lo and behold, I found it. I purchased on the spot. It came in the mail today and I immediately put on my chain. Looks amazing and happy with my purchase. Will be dealing with Sziro for future purchases of the same Crucifixes for my children and grandchildren. Thank you John for an amazing job on this crucifix.

My first experience with Sziro’s was 6 years ago when I lost my wedding band and our previous family jeweler had retired. John was very patient showing us bands and could customize anything I wanted. I couldn’t have been happier with my selection. When my son came to me ready to propose to his gf, I knew John would take great care of him. I had inherited jewelry from my grandmother that I wanted to disassemble and use the stones for my future DIL’s ring. I took my son in to meet John and he helped us design a ring using my grandmothers stones and my son purchasing the center stone. The ring came out gorgeous and my DIL receives constant compliments. They returned to Sziros for their wedding bands as well, and John perfectly matched a band using more of our stones to go with the engagement ring so that it looks like it was set. I recently lost stones in my 25 yr old engagement ring. They were in an invisible setting and couldn’t be repaired. John advised me to pick out a new setting using my center stone. My husband picked up the ring and surprised me with Thanksgiving. It was absolutely beautiful but unfortunately it over powered my hand. Sadly It was too much ring for me. John was so accommodating allowing me to exchange it for another setting. I know it was a lot more work for him because my fingers are very small and the ring had to be disassembled. I am beyond happy with my new ring and he even took my remaining princess cut stones and created a small band for me. We highly refer our family friends to Sziro's and John. The selection, customer service, his meticulous craftsmanship will keep us coming back. Being family owned business in Coral Springs ourselves we like to support other family owned local businesses. I am a mom to a son with Down Syndrome and Autism and have been looking for a charm that would represent both but couldn't find anything I liked. Last week I was looking again and found the Autism charms from Sziro Jewelry online which is a puzzle piece with 2 hearts in 14k gold. So I chatted them to find out if they could put 2 stones into that charm, a citrine and a sapphire, very small to include the Down Syndrome. This charm arrived in 6 days and it is perfect!! Sziro Jewelers was wonderful to deal with and I highly recommend them.

They were so polite and helped us to make the ring exactly the way we wanted it. We loved their work so much that we came back to get our wedding bands! The best jeweler. They are so personable and friendly. Their jewelry is beautiful and reasonably priced. I was recently in because a couple stones on my ring were loose from normal wear. They surpassed all expectations and called within a few hours to let me know the repair was complete. They are the best!

I initially saw the 31 mm shield cross in sterling silver on Amazon. I placed the order through Amazon and they gave me a delivery date but for some reason it never showed up. Then I checked my Amazon account and it said order was canceled with no reason? Then I placed the order directly through the Sziro Jewelry Designs and my experience was flawless, they kept me informed, gave me excellent tracking and I'm very satisfied with the product & service received. I may order a couple more for spares and possibly one in the 14 karat gold.

We moved to Coral Springs a few years ago. Being new to the area we have had to find trusted people for goods and services; doctors, dentists, accountants, insurance, etc. When the holidays rolled around in 2019, I found myself not knowing a jeweler. I am not going to a mall store or a national chain (rip off cooker cutter jewelry). No thanks. I went in to Sziro in November 2019 and met Cheryl. I have come to find out Cheryl has worked at the store since it opened 20 years ago. Nobody stays with an employer that long unless the owners are solid, honest and good people. First good sign. I bought a few things for the kids at Christmas time. Very nice earrings, a watch and a bracelet. Good prices too. The store has an inventory you don't see at other jewelers. Really beautiful and unique items. In 2020, I then needed to have family pieces looked at and cleaned. I took in about a dozen items (engagement ring, wedding band, anniversary bands, diamond necklace, pearls, etc.-a lot of stuff). Most of these items sit in a safe deposit box. Some of the pieces are 40 years old or more. I met John, the owner. He looked at my items and gave me very candid and honest advice on storage. My pearls were beginning to turn color (poor storage). My diamond wedding band was cleaned and my engagement ring had a prong issue that, if not fixed, surely would have caused a lost diamond solitaire. I had a dozen items inspected, cleaned and repaired. And each one came out as good as new. John could not have been nicer or more concerned with my family pieces. Second good sign (this is a family run business that caters to the individual and their families). Now, in October 2021, and 6 months before my 30th wedding anniversary, I brought John and Cheryl my parents wedding bands, a beautiful white gold necklace and a yellow gold necklace and asked "can you make me two special anniversary bands (roman numbers with the wedding date encircling the entire band). When he told me yes and the price for both I was floored by the reasonable quote. I was expecting a much higher price. 2 weeks later John called me and told me the molds had been made "come by if you can and look at them to make sure you like it". I went by and the wax molds were amazing "how did they make that mold?" 2 weeks later I got a call from Cheryl "your rings are done"! I went by today and picked them up. Completely gobsmacked! The ring are custom made, white and yellow gold bands with our anniversary date in roman numerals. I am completely blown away by how nice they turned out, how professional and kind John and Cheryl were; not only in this transaction, but all of my experiences with them since we moved here. Candidly, I trust John and Cheryl and, in this business environment, where people don't show up for jobs, misquote prices, stall delivery, and basically lead you down a path of regret, Sziro is quote extraordinary. They have a customer base that is years in the making by treating people with kindness, respect and honesty. Great store, great people, great owners. I now have a trusted jeweler to reach out to for special events and holidays. Thank you Sziro.

I gave them a price range and they made it happen from there and created this nice engagement ring for me with GIA certification paperwork on the center stone and also an appraisal. I recently purchased a messianic pendant as a gift for my mother from this company’s website. My purchase shipped within 24 hours and I received a email when I received my purchase to verify delivery and checking that all was ok with my purchase. The pendant was exactly as pictured on the store website - but much more beautiful in person. I would not hesitate to order again from this company.

It was a pleasure dealing with Orrin and Sziro Jewelry in the creation of my new 1 oz 14k gold sea turtle pendant. I received updates on progress and pictures of the pendant in the just cast state. Orrin was very accommodating and finished/polished the pendant just as I asked. This custom creation is based on their smaller sea turtle charm, which I think is the nicest looking turtle charm/pendant I’ve seen on Etsy or anywhere. I am extremely happy with the pendant, their customer focus, and the turnaround time. I highly recommend them!
