TD Bank

I always come to this bank. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Poor customer service. They lost my drivers license recently. They would not even give me a letter that they had lost it. Manager at the branch extremely rude. She said if I did not leave she will call the cops. All of my groceries damaged, no license with pandemic going on. Did not even give me a call to follow up. Still waiting for higher authority to call me.

I was in there last week because I had a problem with my online banking and I have to say the manager laidaliz was super nice she came out of her lunch early to help me because I had to pick up my daughter. Every time I go there I always have a great experience. Never had a problem in the DT either not sure why so many negative comments.

Kuki is my lady. It's my local bank and I tend to visit often. This week was a tough week had to get a few wires out had not time and Kuki helped me out and had me on my way. Always appreciate kind and quick service.
