Hampton Inn & Suites Pensacola I-10 North at University Town Plaza

All of the staff from the person I spoke to for my reservation to the desk clerk checking in and out housekeeping and the ladies who made breakfast were welcoming made you feel special. They inquired if there was anything we needed or if there was anything they could do let them know. They were the best representation a business could ask for. I will always stay at a Hampton due to the way we were treated

Excellent hotel. I checked in after midnight and there was a phone just outside the locked entrance so somebody could buzz me in. No problem at all with that late-night security measure. The room was super clean, the bed very comfortable -- they give you four fluffy pillows on a king, which is great. And the breakfast? Yes, the usual bacon strips, omelet concoction and fried potatoes. But they also had...COOKED GRITS! Granted they were Quaker, but a place that has decent cooked grits is a winner in my book. (Add biscuit and gravy and you'd be a five-star hotel.) The coffee was hot and good. The surrounding area seemed safe and secure. Would definitely stay here again.

During the middle of my 2 week stay here for work I got sick with Covid. The girls at the front desk have been so kind and helpful to me through this by bringing me a generous breakfast from their buffet and beverages otherwise as I’ve requested them. I greatly appreciate their hospitality and kind support during my stay.

Excellent customer service, amazingly clean rooms, so conveniently located right off I-10 easy access for larger loads on/off the freeway, great free breakfast & coffee. I cannot express how happy I am with our stay and I will always stay here when I come through from now on. A+

All good...breakfast was quite nice. Good selection. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Haven't been disappointed by Hampton Inn no matter where are.

Jasmine at front desk is a gem. I had a long day&her welcoming and hospitable spirit at check in put me at ease. Room had everything we needed. Walls are thin, the couple next door were fighting and we heard every word at 2 in the morning but we fell back to sleep—too tired for all that. Location was conveniently close to everything we needed; bank, department stores, restaurants, gas station, etc.
The breakfast included was fairly good. Clean station too which is always appreciated. Hampton’s self made waffles&coffee are one of my favorites. It’s got basically what you’d expect to see for a breakfast buffet. Southern hospitality was present. Next visit, I’d definitely book again!

The hotel was very nice! Extremely clean and well maintained. The night front desk clerk was the most friendly person in Florida that we met, lol. She made our stay warm. We stayed during the New Year week. We did laundry at the hotel during our stay. I will say that I wasn't happy about having to dry everything twice, especially since it cost $2 every time. It cost me $12 to wash only 2 loads! The breakfast was amazing and there were so many choices. Every day there were different options too. The cook was just so friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed it. Oh, I need to talk about the beds. They said they have gotten 100's of compliments on them and you can see that they're pretty new, but for us, even our kids, they were so hard! I mean hard like concrete with sheets and blankets on it. We all got up several times during the night and walked around and stretched. We even dozed during our day visiting with our family. That was embarrassing. We were just so tired though from not sleeping well. 😴

I arrived and only seven rooms available for the nights stay. Even with the hotel having that many rooms occupied, it was still a quiet nights sleep.

All in all, this place was a good stay. Front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good as was the coffee. Room was clean. The only issue I have is with the mattress having too much springiness. The pillows were among the most comfortable I have ever slept on. And it was a quiet night too.

The room smelt good, temperature was just right, beds were made and looked clean and inviting, room and bathroom was clean and all appliances were available and accessible as advertised. We weren't aware it was raining not till we were about to pick something from the car. The ladies at the front desk were courteous, patient and eager to assist us have a pleasant stay which we did. Complimentary breakfast was real hot breakfast.

Far enough from the highway to be quiet but very easy access to it. Always a great breakfast and the bed was just right.

We have 2 small dogs so we always stay at Hamptons. This one was great. It smelled good, very clean, breakfast was good our housekeeper was so nice. My only complaint is that the bath water was cold or scalding hot. No warm. And our bathroom sink had very little pressure so only a small bit of water came out. And the blankets are no thicker then the sheets. We needed 4 extra.

Otherwise we always have a pleasant stay with Hampton Inn.

I loved my stay here! The rooms are extremely clean and the staff was all wonderful. They offer continental breakfast and even make little to-go breakfast packs.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and every time it is a pleasure checking in as the front desk staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are always nice and clean, and the breakfast is good. We had the opportunity to try the pool and it is very nice as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean from entry to room. Very bright and inviting. Smell is for refreshing. Great relaxing colors in the room. Bed and pillow was cozy. Will stay again if passing through Pensacola. Walkable to dining and shopping

I have not been using hotel service for a very long time, I have been using AirBnB, someone is doing a good job about Hotel stay. I would definitely stay here again, the breakfast was great, the area was clean. I even told the ladies working in the kitchen what an amazing job they're doing.

The staff was awesome! Andrea B., at the front desk, was super nice, friendly & accommodating. I was really impressed with her. I'm disabled & the only room they had open, with a shower chair/bench, had only 1 bed. I needed 2 as I had 3 kids with me. She asked a few questions to find out just what I needed. When we arrived she had us a room right by the elevator so I wouldn't have to walk far. She also moved in a shower chair from another room. She brought in extra pillows as I need several for my back. We received extra shampoo right away too, as my daughter & I both have long, thick hair. The rooms were very clean & the beds comfy. We will definitely go back to this one. Keep up the great work y'all & thanks for making our stay comfortable & enjoyable.

Phone the front desk attendant was very welcoming and gave me best rates she could very pleasant person to deal with at the end of the day. The rooms are awesome very clean roomie and ice cold on this very hot day. Highways and sitting room out front very clean and friendly atmosphere I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family great place to stay
