BJ's Wholesale Club

I came tonight for an online order pick up, and was helped by Randall in the drive-up pickup area. His help was fantastic! He was kind and pleasant, he was very accommodating, and in my case I needed to exchange a bakery item I'd gotten the day prior that was a little stale, and he was wonderful about exchanging it. In addition one of my boxes looked damaged, and he went and got a new one, no questions asked and extremely helpful! I just appreciated the Fantastic service and especially on the night before Thanksgiving when you know it's been a madhouse all day! Absolutely five star customer service, thank you Randall!

Kinda like Sam's but different items to choose from and the cheapest gas in Pensacola period

The food was great, like always. Our server, Justin provided phenomenal service while waiting on my family and I. In the many visits to BJ’s Pensacola, I have never had such an attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous waiter; he even provided local info and driving directions to a family from out-of-state. I overheard him say a few times, “when you come back, make sure to ask for Justin!” and ask for Justin I will. Hands-down the best visit! Thanks, Justin!!!

We really enjoy BJs. Nice and clean and well stocked. Nice people work there.
Walked in the other day and needing to get new glasses but had not considered BJs optical. They managed to fit me in and I am so glad they did. Everyone was very professional. The highlight was the exam. Dr. Krvevatas was very professional and gave me the most thorough eye exam I think I ever had. He discussed things with me that as a senior I need to know as far as the changes that can and probably will occur. THANK YOU SIR!!

Great store and never overly crowded. Gas prices are better than Sam's club. Bonus is pumps have longer hoses, making each lane good for any side of tank.

I have been shopping at Bj's since they opened. Unfortunately, I got sick and now I have to depend on a motorized wheel chair when I shop. The kindness of a young chap, named Gabe, should not go unnoticed. He was quite attentive and helped me when I arrived, and then as I left.

Will, the man who tends to the customer service counter, has always been especially helpful. I am buying a lot of new case goods, and electronics in the very near future and he was the catalyst to get me to buying most of it at B j's.

Last night was the 1st time I had a real issue. I called this morning to speak to the manager because the issue, which is newly formed, I was certain could negatively affect all guest, not just me.

The first woman who picked up the phone was very sweet. She got Stacey, the assistant, on the phone and she too was kind in her manner of speaking.

They were able to get the manager on the phone quickly and that conversation went very well. The managers name is Chris.

Through his listening skills, and educating me respectfully, our discussion of what had occured in my experience, and why, was understood by both of us. The situation was rectified and all is well.

This was a refreshing interaction between management and customer service.

I would give this 10 out of 10, if possible.

The staff are friendly and generally knowledgeable regarding stick, product placement etc. this is despite not always carrying the same items and trying to get suitable substitutes for items that they usually stock but are unable to get right now.
BJs own brand known as Weslley Farms is equally as good, and on occasion better than the brand name products. Due to the savings I have tried quite a large variety of their own brand of items ranging from trash bags and toilet paper to all different types of both fresh and frozen food and have yet to be disappointed.
Although their range of items is limited and changes quite often, the basics are usually there plus whatever is seasonal. Their produce department and bakery are both somewhat limited. Having said this however your costs of an annual membership can easily be saved in just one or two family shopping trips. Just keep in mind that you probably won't be able to find everything that you are looking for at just this one store but should find quite a bit of it with great savings. This is especially true if you use their app to download your coupons or you can just scan each item as you add it to your cart prior to checking out and it will automatically redeem the coupons for you. They also have the coupon books inside the store and mail one out to your home so there are various ways of using them.
I have and will continue to recommend this store to people They also have a gas station where you can save an extra ten cents per gallon off has if you have one of their credit cards. Regular members without a BJ's credit card still often have options for saving on gas depending on which particular promotion is taking place at the time. It varies from spending over a set amount in one transaction, for this one the discount on has is valid for that day that you shipped only and can take up to fifteen minutes for the system at the gas station to recognize that you qualify but usually it is almost simultaneous. By the time you have finished packing your purchases in your vehicle and drive around to the gas pumps it should be ready to give you the discount or just be a couple of minutes. The pumps are great because they are long enough so that you do not need to pull into where the hoses are on the side that your tanks on because they reach either side of the vehicles. Another way that they sometimes offer to save on gas is by purchasing certain items which you will see clearly marked with a gas pump next to the product price in the store. It just depends on what promotion is currently going on when you go in to ship. Their gas is usually one of the cheapest around anyway without a discount. As are their propane refill prices which vary just like gas prices do.

I went for the first time to compare it to Sam's Club and I really liked it much better than Sam's! So much variety-especially with fresh produce! They even have fresh herbs!! They also have a much better variety of canned goods and essentials like toothpastes, shampoo, etc. They even have a greeting card section!!

I have only been a member for a few weeks .
I went in today for cold goods. I wanted ice to put in cooler to make it back to the house.
I looked in the front cooler and they were out.
Ms. Rebecca asked if there was something she could do to help. I asked did they have ice in the back.
She ran all the way to the back of the store, carried that huge bag of ice with her.
Then, she asked did I need more.
I would ha enever gotten that treatment at Sam's.

I LOVE BJ’s! They are better than Sam’s Club, awesome selection of products. They also offer coupons all the time on a variety of products and there’s even select products that will knock 10¢ off your gas price per gallon, “High Octane Items”. These products also change on a regular basis to keep you on your toes. Deli is great, produce selection is always fresh and there are organic options. There’s no downside! BJ’s is definitely the place for the your wholesale needs!

I shop at the Pensacola BJ’s. The staff there are awesome. So courteous and very very helpful. Even though they seem to be understaffed they are still doing a great job. Kudo’s to you all!! It usually takes me at least two hours to get my shopping done well with ALL the Holiday items I was in there for three hours!!! So many Beautiful items!! Thank you for all you do BJ’s staff at the Pensacola store!!

Very nice! My husband and I walked in as new members an Alan greeted us right away an thanked us for coming in, makes you feel very welcomed. We've have been without power since Tuesday will still had no power so we decided to get a pretzel walked over an Bri helped us,she was very friendly an helpful.Then we approached where they had a large cooler an Wisteria approached us an was telling us the benefit of this cooler again extremely nice friendly an helpful! But it was to big for us to carry around as we shopped so Wisteria walked us to Savedra which put the cooler on hold for us again we were very impressed with her as she was also so helpful.Then we finished shopping at this time it was packed! An we went to start ringing up an the register was not cooperating,so Andy walked over an began to help us even though it was so very busy. I would like to thank each an everyone of you, Because you truly know what customer service is all about!

Much better than Sam's. I wish there was more selection for certain base ingredients, but all in all they are worth the membership. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

We ate at the Pensacola location. The staff was attentive, kind and funny.The food was great. We ate for free because of our Veteran status. Thank you soooo very much for the great food and for honoring our service members. We will be back with our out of town/country friends and family. We appreciate your kindness to our Veterans.

I love shopping here, it's easy to navigate and always clean.

I don't know why this store has such low reviews the service here is excellent, the prices are excellent, and the selection is amazing. They even have a full-service deli with imported salami, a wonderful meat section, and the awesome deli staff will slice thin, or shave the meat for you paper thin!

I love being able to get bulk items and small quantities as well.

I love that the store is clean, Will at the customer service desk is incredibly helpful, he always points out what's on sale. Craig is another incredible associate whose friendliness and assistance has gone above and beyond my expectations.
