Went there to purchase an electric blanket for myself. Truly lucked out as they were on sale and the sale price was fabulous. I like Penney's bath towels and cloths and like their Ambrielle under garments which are very well made.

Friendly service....went in to look and ended up purchasing jewelry that was on sale and Anita was a great help....also bought a watch. Anita was professional, courteous, and took the proper amount of time to assist us.

I spent the day shopping for a formal dress for my wife. This was my favorite store.

Neat. Clean. Very well maintained. Prices reflect high quality apparel. Prices not stupid high. Reasonable for quality.

Came in to return quite a few items from my online order last Sunday. The young Asian guy at the Online Return Customer Service upstair was super efficient, patient and helpful!

The store is well stocked. I needed to get two short sleeve shirts. They had a wide selection of style and prices.

I love this store. I get most of my clothes from labels like Liz Claiborne here for reasonable prices. Recently bought a beautiful black wool winter coat from Pennies that's quite beautiful. Try and find your stuff on clearance if you can since some brand names can be expensive. The Sephora make up store inside is also awesome.
