First and most importantly Elisia was attentive, accommodating and really worked hard to hard to make sure I walked away satisfied with my purchase. I needed a lift recliner to spend the next 2-3 months living in, but recliners do not fit in my decor at all. This recliner is very expensive but looks nice and is very comfortable and literally will stand me up completely from a laying down position. I believe I will need extremely happy I did not skimp on this necessity. Great overall experience.

La-z-boy furniture is the best furniture you can purchase. I am replacing a sofa and recliner
that I bought in 2010!!! I am buying a new set for my living room and putting my old set in a new mother in law suite addition.
Ask for Cynthia , she is the best salesperson. She is wonderful, patient, knowledgeable, and worked us up an amazing deal. She was delightful!!!

Arriving earlier than promised made it worth the wait. The chair is stylish and comfortable. We couldn't have made a better purchase.

Once again I entered the La-Z-Boy store in search of a recliner that would be comfortable for my short stature. Within the first few minutes I was greeted by a friendly employee who understood my needs exactly. He showed me styles that were on sale and available within a short time period. My experience was outstanding! I recommend La-Z-Boy!

We had a wonderful experience at La-Z-Boy in Pensacola. Gary was the best he knew how to decorate. He knew what I needed just by showing him the picture of our room and giving him the dimensions. He was amazing and so helpful all throughout the process. I love Gary the furniture came yesterday and everything fit perfectly and it looked great. I purchased a recliner on line and had an issue after it was delivered. I called and got Matt J of La-Z-Boy Spanish Fort AL to help me out. Although he wasn't involved with the direct sale, he worked quickly to resolve the issue w/ great professionalism and knowledge of all products. Many thanks to Matt, would recommend him to anyone looking for a La-Z-Boy product.

Thank goodness for David and Jillian!! They helped me pick out/design the most beautiful family room I could have ever imagined. They took an overwhelming “project” and made it fun and exciting! The furniture is of excellent quality and exactly as I expected. The artwork, rugs, lamps really complete the room. I could not have had a better experience with the Pensacola, Florida location. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody!!

I had a blast! I know that sounds crazy, but I told Elisia what I was looking for, and she took me on a whirlwind tour of couches and recliners, keeping a running list in her head of which were my favorites. By the end we'd narrowed things down to a clear winner, and because she'd spent the time showing me my fabric and reclining options along the way, I was well informed when it came to the final decisions. I am usually extremely indecisive, but Elisia made it all feel easy, all without being pushy or salesy. In fact, I came away with a better price than I'd expected! Oh, and their designer Ruben came in clutch to help my poor colorblind eyes figure out some good complementary colors. My fellow introverts: Resist the urge to say "I'm just looking" and let these kindly people make things easy. Thanks, y'all.

Had a great experience in store located in Pensacola. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Large show floor with many choices. Delivery staff were careful not to bang walls etc. Kind, thoughtful, and on time.

Mike our sales person listen to my specs attentively of what I needed in piece of furniture we were looking for. Then showed us with an array of info on each piece he showed us. We then left to check out to other furniture stores. There was a real difference we could tell in the devotion of help we received in the other two furniture stores and Mike at Lazyboy. Not to mention the other two stores did not have what I needed. So we went back that day and purchased what I needed. Thank you Mike for making it a pleasant experience. We had a wonderful salesperson (Cynthia) who helped us find the exact chairs we were looking for. She made sure that we were aware of any holiday sales that were coming up and was not pushy. Very pleased with the entire process!

David was great. Figured out what we wanted quickly and got us out of there in a jiffy. He communicated with us for updates on the factory and delivery expeditiously. Couldn't be happier as I lay on our new sectional typing this.
