Victory Rent A Car

Victory and Pedro saved our vacation. I was issued a paper license until my permanent arrived in the mail and found out at the airport that all the major rental companies do not accept this form of driver's license. Thank God we ran into Pedro, who referred us to Victory Rental. We were skeptical at first, but soon realized it was legit. I will always call Victory from now on for my rental needs.

Victory Renta A Car seem to be the only well reviewed non main brand rental company at MIA. Lots of others I checked had horrific reviews. But these guys are literally half the price of the big brands but there’s no scammy up-selling or insurance rip off, just lovely hard working guys doing it right.

They sent me a WhatsApp confirmation day before arrival with clear instructions and the waiting driver took me the 5 mins round the corner to the rental centre on arrival at the airport car rental area.

The car itself was older and had a few minor dents on collection, but that means I didn’t have to worry about it so much when parking in Miami.

Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend

It was great, and Mr. Pablo was very helpful. We arrived at the airport, and no car wasn't available to rent. All the rental places asked for a credit card, and we didn't have one at the moment. He heard us talking with other agencies and worked with us to get a rental. Prices are excellent

Pedro was very helpful and accommodating. He salvaged our trip after the car rental company refused to give us a vehicle despite receiving payments weeks in advance. VICTORY Rent A car service was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this company and will be using their services again.

Let me tell just tell you Pedro is great.. Really came through and helped me and my family while on vacation in Florida.. not only did he beat everyone else’s prices he also worked with me when Hertz cancelled my reservation.. Pedro offered me his last car on the lot with out a problem and got me on the road.. Thanks a lot Pedro will always use you guys when we visit from Colorado

The staff at Victory Rent A Car are wonderful. Very professional, reliable, helpful and they do not rush people trying to sell additional options. What they do: they explain very clearly the available options and go with the customers carefully through the contract making sure everything is understood.
The cars are in good to excellent condition. Super clean. The processes are efficient. That includes the pickup and drop off at the airport, the review of the car once you return them, the availability of WhatsApp to communicate with them, etc.
Easy, efficient, reliable, friendly and good cars. A truly great experience.

Hi just want share this experience with other people who is trying to rent a car. We found a guy on AirPort named Pedro he was the owner of the company “Victory rent a car „. He gave us a really good deal and everything was perfect he took care of us. Everything was exactly like he told us its going to be. If we visit Florida Miami again we will comeback to this company for sure.❤👍🏻

Had a reservation at another rental company, but left the credit card at home. After many attempts of securing a car, I came across this company based on the reviews, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They accepted a debit card, was hassle & headache free with excellent service. Recommend!!!!!!

After being refused a vehicle from another company, it was great to have met the gentleman from Victory Rental. After telling the guy about the scam we had from Blue Auto Trading, the guy sorted us out with a vehicle and the whole service from Victory Rental was great! The team even dropped us off at the airport upon departure and not the rental centre like everywhere else! I would honestly recommend them to everyone! Thank you very much!

We were supposed to rent a car at the airport with Avis but they cancel our reservation because we didn’t have any credit card on us, only debit card (which is the most common in France). We met Pedro at the airport and he saved our trip ! He is such a nice person, and his team is very nice as well. We were able to rent a Toyota Camry in his agency, with a fair price and Pedro is very accommodating since he allowed us to keep the car one more day at the last minute. He trusted us and I want to thank him for that. I recommend his agency, and when we come back to Miami we will go there without a doubt 😊

I see all the reviews about this company and I don’t know why someone will give them a 1 star this guy literally help me out I was lost my current rental car cancel me at the last minute (was a waiting time of 3 hrs ) he heard me arguing with and he came up to me to be honest I didn’t trust the guy .. but I’ll give it a chance I look him up and the reviews kinda make me to tell him no but was the best decision … I’m all the way from Houston tx and thank you for your business

A rental agency scammed me down the road. Pedro, the owner was a straightforward guy and did his best to get me a car last minute. They gave me a great price and there were no surprise fees when I brought it back. I will definitely use them again.

Very good experience with the company. I would recommend this place for best pricing and hassle free. I was able to extend for a day just by a text. The person at the register, she was very cool and responsive.

Pedro was amazing help! he found us having issues with Advantage car rental (bad idea to book with!!!!!!!!!) and took us to Victory rental cars where we were able to book a rental for the same day within 30 minutes. Great customer service and we will be booking again 😆

At the airport while walking around looking for a car rental, I was approached by a gentleman who said he had his own rental agency and will beat any of the companies at the airport. I was a little skeptical at first but I decided to see what he had in his inventory. He took us to the company location and showed us the 2021 Toyota Camry's he had in stock, along with a highlander and his prices were awesome. He also said if we didn't like what we were priced or what he had to offer, he would take us back to the airport. After we returned the vehicle, they did the inspection and then took us to the terminal for our departure. Would gladly do business with them again

This man Pedro is actually and Angel, while I was dealing with the chaos of doing a walk through for a rental car in Miami airport , I encountered him... He gave me a great deal, I returned the car after my rent was due, flew back to Washington not knowing that I forgot $220 cash in the car, my phone rang and it was him... He informed me about my money that I forget, and immediately zelled it to me, He is immaculate and have a great zeal of integrity, I will definitely recommend him and use him when next I am in the area

Amazing rental agency. They usually end their day around 9:00 pm due to Covid and Ricardo stayed behind until 11 pm picking us up and having us out in a timely manner. Can't stress how professional and easy it was to get in and out. Very accommodating. They even have a drop off service when the trip was over.
