I feel that I am not able to express in words the immense disagreement and discomfort I felt when making a purchase at the Coconut Grove News store located at the Miami International Airport (H-J connector after the security point). The employee handed me the product on hand, and when I asked her for a plastic bag to carry my purchase, she told me I had to pay 50 cents for it. I just couldn't believe it!!!! Where do they intend to take our wonderful country? Where is the idea that customer satisfaction is the driving force of our strong economy? With so many different offers on the market, this store deserves nothing less than going bankrupt due to lack of sales. Wake up America!!! We should never be silent while looking how some stupid WOKE ideologies are stealing our well-being!!!! The money that with so much personal effort reaches our pockets deserves and should be appreciated. Every client makes the business where they spend their money grow, so we should be treated with respect and courtesy. I am an employee at the Miami International Airport, and I assure that every co-worker and every passenger I can influence will receive my recommendation to never visit this store that make us feel like we are living in the third world Shame on you !!!!!

Siento que no soy capaz de expresar con palabras el inmenso desacuerdo y malestar que sentí al realizar una compra en la tienda Coconut Grove News ubicada en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Miami (conector H-J después del punto de seguridad). La empleada me entregó el producto en mano y cuando le pedí una bolsa de plástico para llevar mi compra, me dijo que tenía que pagar 50 centavos por ella. ¡¡¡Simplemente no lo podía creer!!!! ¿Adónde pretenden llevar nuestro maravilloso país? ¿Dónde está la idea de que la satisfacción del cliente es la fuerza impulsora de nuestra economía fuerte? Con tantas ofertas diferentes en el mercado, esta tienda merece nada menos que ir a la quiebra por falta de ventas. ¡¡¡Despierta América!!! ¡¡¡Nunca debemos quedarnos en silencio mientras miramos como algunas estúpidas ideologías WOKE están robando nuestro bienestar!!!! El dinero que con tanto esfuerzo personal llega a nuestros bolsillos merece y debe ser apreciado. Cada cliente hace crecer el negocio donde gasta su dinero, por lo que debemos ser tratados con respeto y cortesía. Soy empleado del Aeropuerto Internacional de Miami y aseguro que cada compañero de trabajo y cada pasajero en el que pueda influir recibirán mi recomendación de nunca visitar esta tienda que nos hace sentir como si viviéramos en el tercer mundo. ¡¡Qué vergüenza!! !!!

La dependienta no quiso recibir dinero en monedas porque no las quería contar. No pudimos comprar. Si no quieren vender cierren la tienda
