Pawn and Jewelry Place - Delray Beach

Called to ask a question about a watch and the gentleman was very kind and patient. I went in to discuss the watch in person and met Evan who showed the same courtesy. Although we did not conduct a transaction today, I will definitely be back and would recommend this business to anyone. It is rare to find an establishment with excellent customer service and I thank you for making me feel welcome!

I was out and about looking for a cheap long board and these guys had one! They primarily have jewelry but some guitars and other little stuff. Friendly people. Long board works great! Good deal on it as well.

I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to find this professionally run family owned business that is truly customer service oriented. I originally went there to have a battery for my watch replaced and will not ever go anywhere else for jewelry repair or needs. The shop is well managed, clean, courteous and beyond anything that I had ever experienced in service. Don't get put off by the Pawn connotation which I originally was, this is purely a first class, first rate business and service. The sons and their father make sure of it. I have recommended them to several and will not hesitate to do so again. So happy to have found this gem! (pardon the pun)

I chose this business after doing some online research and I was not disappointed. Pawn and Jewelry Place is a delightful , well run, family business started by an Hungarian grandmother
and has remained a family business for generations.
I can not say enough good things about this place. I found both the father and son (Barry & Josh) to be extremely pleasant to work with. But more importantly was their wealth of knowledge and willingness to research every piece of jewelry I brought in for appraisal with the intention of selling.
In the end, they paid me a decent and fair price which allowed me to walk away happy.
I highly recommend cleaning out your drawers and jewelry box and bringing the gold and silver jewelry you no longer use to the Pawn & Jewelry Place.
Cleaning your drawers and selling stuff you no longer need can put cash in your pocket which is way better than junk in your drawers.

Unmatched service and selection! I drive 30 miles out of the way to deal with Barry and his team at The Pawn and Jewelry Place. The outside is plain and non-assuming, but don't let that fool you. Once you get inside you are greeted with happy helpful and knowledgeable people. Huge jewelry selection at fair and honest prices along with all the goodies you expect at a top notch Pawn shop. Guitars, Electronics, Bikes, Jewelry...the list is huge!

I got my fiance her engagement ring MADE here through their Jeweler along with her wedding band. I couldn't have asked for a better result. When we needed to have the ring resized it was fast, and perfect.

This place is awesome! This is a family owned and operated business and it is obvious that customer service is their top priority. I have been a customer there for about 8 months and I will be a customer for ever. They really take care of their customers. They make you feel welcome and are very knowledgeable. when you walk through the door you don't even think it is a pawn shop it is more like a upscale jewelry store.

I've been doing business with Barry for a long time and he's always nice. They have the best prices for diamonds and rolexes! They are a family business that's been the same family for 30 years. I wouldn't buy my jewelry anywhere else!

Everyone, no matter what, hits a bad spot in these economic times. Financial emergencies arise, things happen. Unless you're independently wealthy, it will happen to you! I called around to several pawn shops. I didn't know what to expect, having never been in this position before. When I spoke to Barry on the phone, he was respectful and courteous. My husband and I went to his shop. His wife was helping him that day. They made us feel comfortable and secure. I can't say enough good things about them. We had the opportunity to meet his son on another trip to the shop. He too was so nice! This family knows that you are in a tight spot, yet at no time did I feel like they were trying to take advantage, that they thought we were "lesser than", that they acted in any way other than totally professional and kind. When you do hit that bad spot, try them first. They really do almost make you feel like family! I would recommend them 100%!

I had spent the last week and a half looking for a certain item that was crucial to a gift I am putting together for my girlfriend for our anniversary. I called a number of different Pawn Shops in the area as well as vinyl stores, CD stores and major chains looking for my item and they couldn't help me and some were very rude that I would even ask. I could only find what I was looking for on eBay and the stores I called told me so, until I called this store.

When I called, Barry immediately picked up the phone and was polite and helpful and sympathetic. He found my item that moment and I picked it up 15 minutes later for a wildly cheap price. I can't speak on their business from a sellers stand point, but from a buyers stand point, they are exceptional.

My fiance and I went to look at rings and they not only had an AMAZING variety, but they also had incredible service. It seems to be a family owned business and the employees were very engaged and eager to help us, (not to mention the awesome prices!) They charge by gold weight, not by fancy design. They even sized the ring for us there!

Everyone in the shop was very helpful,knowledgeable and courteous. I brought in some old coins, jewelry, and some antique newspapers. Each item was checked thoroughly and efficiently, and it was explained to me why certain items had value and others had little or none. For one of the items he even recommended where I could possibly take that item for further consideration. Very nice experience.

It's difficult to appropriately describe this establishment without sounding as if I'm profiting from this review. In an industry where money is the deciding & only factor there still exists a rare gem where humanity, compassion & family values are placed above all else. Over the years, Barry, Sharon & sons have treated me with the utmost respect; always helpful & understanding. Walking through their door I feel as if I've entered a room full of family. Immediately, one senses that they are not a stranger, but a friend. There is no sense in wasting time anywhere else when you can go see my friends at Delray Pawn & Jewelry.

The best Pawn Shop without a doubt. I have been here many times and every single time I go in, I am greeted in the most cheerful respectful way possible. I travel from West Boynton Beach specifically to come here for the best prices but because of how they treat you. Alex and Josh are the absolute best.
